Everything was cooked perfectly, seasoned perfectly. Gorgeous old house with fireplace. The home made clam chowder is a such a surprise - best we have had since we were children in Mystic !“

“Stopped here for a quick lunch bite between college visits. I think it was the owner or manager who took time to welcome us and let us know about the specials and what was worth ordering. Everything was made to order, very fresh and tasty. The Veg Chili and Clam Chowder were a hit. Wish we had more time to enjoy our meal.“

“I ordered a cheese steak and a six pack. I am new to the area, having just bought land and I am very pleased with this place. They took a bit long, over an hour, to deliver but I am satisfied. They included a bag of chips, and a pickle! I'm not even a fan of pickles but this was crunchy and tasty! The cheese steak was excellent! Also it was still hot by the time it got to me! I asked for the cheapest six pack and they brought me Narragansett light. I have never heard of this beer but it is refreshing and enjoyable! I am only giving your stats because it took a bit longer than expected but seeing as I only ordered a sandwich I can understand if they saved my delivery for last. In the end I got a hot delicious sandwich and cold delicious beer. I will add them to my phone book right away!“

“So this is definitely a small town local watering hole buuuuuuuut… the minute you walk in, whether you’ve been a regular for 20 years or it’s your first visit to the eagle you will feel welcomed by staff and patrons alike. The staff is top notch (and honestly a great steal for the locals to enjoy in the cocktail mastery of this place)! They create their own drinks like master mixologists, and the good ole regular drinks are stiff and reasonably priced. There’s always a friend to be made and a good time to be had!!! 5+ stars!!!!“

“My daughter and I stopped here on our way back from a UConn tour - I’m vegetarian and the Mediterranean pasta was one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had - highly recommend!!! My daughter ordered chicken and a side of fries, the fry order was huge for $5! I helped her eat the fries and we both couldn’t put a dent in it! Friendly staff, beautiful sunset view - if we are ever back in the area we will definitely stop back in!“

Considering the fact that we go during peak time, the service is always so impressively quick and friendly and even when we have to wait, it's never for long. The food is also delicious and we always have plenty leftover to take home! The specials are so creative and unique, too. Highly recommend if you're looking for a diner with amazing service :)“

“This place is great, i love their ice cream but the real reason i go is for their Spicy Countryside Crisp sandwich. The food here is really good, i also recommend the ham and cheese toastie, the honey mustard on it goes hard. There's also some nice outdoor seating and a fridge with local/indie drinks for sale, as well as Farmers Cow milk and eggs. Solid joint!“

“I came here last night for the first time after a recommendation and so glad we did cause they did not disappoint. The decor is a little dated however we have the nicest waitress Natasha who made the evening so great. She was very prompt and friendly and really funny. The food portions were a generous size and everything we had was really good. We never once asked for water refills, she just kept them coming. Amazing staff. Amazing food. Will be returning to our new local favorite spot in the very near future and hopefully will get the same amazing waitress.“

“Hands down my favorite spot for wings. So many flavors.... dry seasoned or sauce.... whatever mood your in.... youll find wings to match it. Great beer.
