“I really enjoyed the blood orange ice cream with dark chocolate chunks. I got it topped with pecans- what a great combination. The ice cream was fresh and creamy, and it was a BIG two scoops. Perfect to satisfy my craving for ice cream on the way home from vacation.“

“You can never go wrong with Grassroots Ice Cream!
I will say I am more partial to the street food side of the restaurant, their ice cream is very good too. They always have a wide variety of flavors and you can get any flavor made into an ice cream sandwich which is pretty cool. I recommend checking out grassroots for dinner and dessert next time you are in the area! They have multiple locations as well (I am biased towards their Granby one as the food there is a bit more consistent!)“

“We ate nextdoor at Max Tavern, the 8 girls in our party just ran into this establishment, but they were closed, door still open. They were very awesome and served us anyway. All the guys were super cool about it and did it with smiles. My wife ended up giving a 20 tip to split amongst themselves. They handled our super rowdy kids with ease to put a nice topper to a great meal at Max Tavern.Thanks Cold Stone Creamery. You guys rock!“

“This Cafe experience is not your normal Friendly's trip. Order at the counter and go find a seat for your food to be brought to the table. We didn't get a menu, just ordered familiar sundaes from the board on the wall. I will say the 2 girls behind the counter were hustling to make all the sundaes, cones and shakes non stop the whole time we were there. We were on vacation and there are no longer any near us so this was a welcomed visit.“
