“The steak and cheese grinder was amazing kept it simple the service was prompt even during lunch hours my wait wasn’t long but regardless it was well worth it for actually googling this place and going there for the first time definitely will be going back and inviting my friends “
“Excellent place to get a well made sandwich on their bread which is excellent I buy the dinner rolls too I love the bread there sandwiches are pretty well made and you get pickle and chips with your sandwich too so I recommend this place strongly I'm definitely going back me and my son go there usually about 2 times a month at least prices are okay they're not cheap but they're not really expensive I wish they would have some kind of app join the kettlebrook club and maybe try to get some coupons and some freebies always like those things I think it's a great thing for restaurants and stores to offer“
“Today was my first visit to the Westfield location as I'm closer to the West Springfield one. I picked up a chicken salad wrap and some Cucumber ranch (my favorite) pasta salad. The register/order taker was very pleasant and efficient. The only issue I had was that the chicken salad was slightly on the dryer side, and the woman even mentioned to me that that was the case (I appreciated the openness and honesty). I have never had an issue with anything I have ever purchased from there. The food is always fresh and out fairly quickly, depending of course on the time of the day. To be fair, they are super busy at lunchtime (West Springfield location). Their prices are fairly reasonable. Both locations have do seating areas.“
“This place really caught us by surprise. Outstanding food. We ordered two beef dishes, and two chicken dishes (I sampled 3 of the 4 dishes). The spicy cumin beef was mind blowing. The heat was not for the timid. The beef in both dishes was thick, tender, and juicy. Never seen that from Chinese take out. The beef with cilantro was just awesome. I'd replace bok choy with broccoli next time if I could. The broccoli chicken dish was also over the top. The sauces on the three I tried were the best I'd ever had.“
“I had a great experience here. My card wasn't working and they were gonna give me the sandwich. I'm glad I was able to call my bank and figure it out. But them doing that shows this is a good business and I'll for sure be back again. Them turkey clubs are “
“I come to this location on a semi regular basis. The service is always excellent. The Sandwiches are always fresh and consistently good. The General Manager Rick made my Cheeseburger grinder today and it was fantastic. Rick runs a good store and it shows. The store is clean and well stocked. It's the best D'Angelos I have been too. Whenever I want a grinder I'm coming here.“
“The customer service is exceptional at Hot Table! I forgot to use my app for points recently and their assistant manager Sarah found my order the next day and made sure I got those points. All the workers are very friendly and attentive whenever I get food at Hot Table. I recommend Hot Table to all my friends and have gone there more than any other restaurant in the past year.“
“This is one of my absolute favorite places for lunch. I love their chicken salad and my most favorite is their chocolate cake. I have been trying to be good and not spend money but I tell you it's hard when you really want to slice of cake. I would definitely recommend. The sandwiches are fresh. The workers are very friendly. It is just an amazing comfortable place to go to for lunch. I have never dined in I've always gotten my lunch to go looking forward to a dining one day.“
“Unfortunately I had to phone in my order because the website wasn't connected to this location for some reason. But the food was great, the people behind the counter were very nice, and my order was ready at my requested time, and still hot (it was not sitting waiting for me for the 50 minutes it took for me to get over there). Well done, Blimpie. Sorry, didn't get a pic of the meatball sub. It was too good.“
“There I was, freezing cold, battered, bruised, bloody, and limping down Mountain Road on a frigid, damp January night when all of a sudden I felt a higher power guiding me to the bright warm lights of this establishment. I opened the door I felt the soul healing warmth of the toaster ovens gently caress my body as the young muscular sandwich artist greeted me with a smile. His voice, soft but deep, was like the purr of a tiger. He asked me what I would like and I responded "A hug." and there we embraced for no less than 30 minutes. I felt safe in his arms. His biceps pressing against my back with a gentle squeeze that let me know that he would keep me safe. Once we broke from the hug he fed me black olives one at a time whilst I knelt down in front of him. The best part of this encounter was the fact that he didn't charge me at all.“
