Vegan Restaurants near Suffield

“I wanted some hot soup and something spicy to flush out this cold I have, and was on my way home from school in Springfield to Enfield. I came across this restaurant on Google and had never been, so wanted to give it a try. I got the lunch special, with coconut soup, 2 spring rolls and the massaman curry. I asked if it was possible to get no mushrooms in the soup, and they happily accommodated! I also asked if my curry could be extra spicy, and was also told yes. I wish I took photos, but it smelled too good to wait because everything was absolutely delicious (with no mushrooms and the curry delightfully spicy!) and I even have a little left over for tonight 😊. Lunch special was a great deal for $13.90 and I will definitely be back!“

“Good flavors, mushrooms in dish were DELISH! Kale was flavorful but chewy ( but that could just be how kale goes). Nice portions! I'd like to see more choices than just one BUT she said she just reopened, so fair enough. The Mac n cheese was FAB, until I remembered I'm gluten free, so stopped there. I'd love to see gluten free and locally sourced. Will totally visit again!“

“After moving to the area, Nosh Café and Restaurant has quickly become one of my favorite places to enjoy brunch in Springfield. They offer a fantastic selection of vegetarian and vegan options which can sometimes be hard to find. Additionally, the atmosphere is both fun and relaxing with consistently friendly and welcoming staff. If you like to read or are looking for a new cookbook, Nosh has quite the selection of books available for purchase.

“We went for our Anniversary and it was perfect! We dined in the Tavern near the fireplace. The staff was so very attentive to our needs and friendly! The food was outstanding! Every bite was filled with unique flavors. The Salmon was the best Ive had! My salad of greens with white balsamic was perfectly seasoned with spices. The Chef is amazing as well as the pastry chef. The deserts ended our already perfect meal with two happy patrons! For sure to return!“

“Food was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed my pork shank and my BF enjoyed the scrod. Service was just okay considering the restaurant was empty at 4:00pm. Once we got our food we didn't see her (server) until it was time to pay for the check. Thankfully, another server saw us trying to find her and he took care of what we needed. Overall, we enjoyed the food and decor of the restaurant and will be back!“

“I recently visited Auntie Cathie's Kitchen for the first time, and was very impressed. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal. The woman at the counter was exceptionally friendly and helpful, taking the time to show me where the coffee was and ensuring I felt welcome.

The baked goods are well-organized with clear allergy labels, which is great for those with food allergies. I tried the chicken salad sandwich with fresh lettuce and what appeared to be a farm tomato, and it was delicious. The side of tater tots was equally satisfying, and the pickles were excellent. The sandwich was quite large, so I could only eat half, but I took the rest home, and it stayed fresh and not soggy the next day.

My father had the shrimp wrap and coleslaw, which he also found to be amazing. We both enjoyed the coffee, which was good even when served black. I also indulged in a giant sugar cookie, which was fantastic. Overall, Auntie Cathie's Kitchen offers a great variety of baked goods and ample portions, making it well worth the price. The quick service and pleasant atmosphere added to the positive experience.“

“These folks are amazing!! My daughter and her fiancée hired them to cater their wedding. The staff went out of their way to make everyone happy, bringing coffee out early when the weather was much colder than anyone expected in mid June. “I believe it was the owner that greeted me, This was my first time into the deli. He told me he thought I would really like it and he was wrong, I LOVED IT! I tried the hot bar. For $9.99 a pound they have an array of fresh made dishes. I tried the lemon chicken, mac n cheese, vegis & roasted potatoes. It was like having an Italian home cooked meal on the fly! I am excited to go back and try other hot bar items and they also have a delightful menu of sandwiches/wraps/salads for lunch! I work in the area and I am glad I stopped in today! “They have an AMAZING vegan menu!! Any time we are remotely close to Gold Chopsticks, we order. The Citrus Ribz and Triple Crown are so so good! The meat replacements are only tofu. They use either seitan or tofu skin and the texture is perfect. I highly recommend. If they can do amazing vegan, I’m sure the rest is equally phenomenal!!“

“I am always happy with my meal at Bueno. We usually get take out but their dine in sections are great, plenty of space complete with fresh salsa bar. My go to order is a BBQ chicken burrito but I've tried most of the options and I am never disappointed!

The breakfast portions were large and the food we had was good but we would need to eat a lot more meals there before I could say all the food was as good as what we had. “I stopped here on my way to Bradley for a quick dinner. I ordered my usual since I wanted something familiar and light.

The food was good but I have had better at other Olive gardens. Mainly breadsticks could have been fresher and seasoning in the soup was a little light.

I paid my tab via the tabletop tablet and I didn't receive any after dinner mints.

I am not sure if my server was new or just really shy. The server taking care of the tables across from me was an excellant server. I think his name is Brian or Brandon.“

“You can have it as spicy or not spicy but it’s very good, noted throughout the Springfield area and there’s actually a finding of beers that are from India (I didn’t forget that) but overall it’s worth it & unsure of their East Longmeadow branch but you have to go there for yourself.“

“I ordered take out, as we do a lot. We found the food enjoyable and plentiful. Olive Garden takes heat for "not being real Italian food." It is what it is. There are plenty of Italian/ Greek places to eat. The Olive Garden employs a decent amount of people and provides a comfortable atmosphere and pretty good food. If you don't particularly like them, don't go. No need to put a place down, as others probably find it to be just fine.

The bubble tea and variety of drink concoctions are equally as good and appreciated. It’s sort of endearing how you are pointed to a numbered booth when dining in, as you realize this is a tightly run ship, service is courteous and prompt, hosted by one lady entirely it seems. Well worth checking out, I’ve made this a regular stop when the craving hits.“
