“My wife went in today for a coffee. The people that work there are very friendly. Super helpful and went way above and beyond to help us figure out which coffee we wanted. We had some questions about different kinds of coffee. You know how you feel weird asking those questions. They made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely suggest giving this one a try. They are great.“

“Best place to get donuts. Love the steak and cheese bagel, they have CHIVE cream cheese, and baller chai! White chocolate raspberry Latte and twix/snickers lattes are great as well. Friendly, fast, and more importantly, made on site! Dont waste your $$ on Dunkin if you are close to Dippin!“
“I work at the Pomfret Baker’s Dozen, so I’ve had my fair share of coffee — but my visit to the Chaplin location absolutely blew me away! The coffee was perfect (hands down the best I’ve ever had), and the manager at the window made it with such care. Friendly service, smooth coffee, and the kind of attention to detail that makes you want to come back every day. Great job, Chaplin team! ☕👏“

“MAINE girl here! My mother and I just came for an early dinner, we both ordered the lobster mac and cheese. The pasta was amazing! However, the actual lobster was dry, as if frozen or overcooked—we’re guessing frozen! Fresh is best!“

“Damian is the best!!! He has been giving me my coffees for a few years now and he always comes through for me!!! Very professional and the best service I have ever received from a Dunkin!!! EDIT: My dedicated worker Damian no longer works there but Ashley and Kaya both have taken up the hammer and really keep this place above the rest of the Dunkins. Nice work girls!!!“

“Stopped in to get a couple things at the grocery store, and realized that there was Starbucks inside, yay! It was a busy holiday weekend and still was able to get in and out very quickly. Drinks were good!

“Went thru the Oxford DD on Sutton Ave as i frequently do. On 5/20/2024, I noticed very polarizing political stickers on the drive thru window. DD needs to take these off, or they may get "Bud Lighted" No stickers should be on their building on any kind, especially divisive political ones.“

“It's definitely the best Dunkin i been to by far!! They were great with everything... also, coffee hot and cold was stirred and taste exactly how it should! Wasn't burnt or made incorrect! The workers 10 out of 10 the food great has browns wasn't wll mushy they was fresh crispy and hot definitely like i said a great dunking“

“Went to go get a ice coffee and ms Norma was so sweet and understanding. They ran out of small ice cups and that is what I wanted. Needless to say this woman fix the problem quick and I still got my small ice coffee. She did not let that problem stop her flow at work. She thought quick and sprint into action. Costumer which is me was SATISFIED. U NEED PEOPLE LIKE THIS .THANK U NORMA.“

“We love alamode! Everything is so fresh and everyone who works there is always nice. The breakfast sandwiches are 10/10. I tried Mason’s speciality sandwich this week and it was SO GOOD. We’re so happy you guys are close to us and will keep coming back.“
