“Finally tried this place after living in town for 8 months. It was totally fine and hit the spot. Solid pizza. Super friendly staff. We got a half plain, half pepperoni. I’d go back and try some of their special pies at some point but overall it was pretty good.“

Service is always friendly and welcoming. It's essentially a take out place with a couple tables. Located in the same building as a gas station. So atmosphere is consistent with that setting, but clean and easy access and no issues parking.

“We celebrated my daughter’s college graduation with Prix Frixe dinner, as it was also Mother’s day. We were seated right away. Very clean and inviting ambience, Tableservice was very prompt, courteous and welcoming. All the food was incredibly delicious. 100% recommend SGK!“

“I'm so thrilled about this gem! Everything Fatto a Mano makes is from heart! I can feel the passion in all the bakery here. The sourdough, Focaccia, biscotti, Riccia (we call it lobster tail), bread stick, etc. cannot get enough. I wanted to mention biscotti especially, as it was not my thing in the past. “I have traveled all over the United States/world. It is very rare that I find a small establishment that I would rate as a 5-star, I immediately noticed the cleanliness of both /Outdoor dining seating. This location does not offer savory menu; however, the sweet crepes & bubble/milk tea selections more than Make up for the needed addition. I was very pleased with the wholesome ingredients and the selection of additions onto the various crepes. As I am vegetarian, not into eating process food. The staff was very knowledgeable on some of the ingredients that I could apply to my order. They did make my crêpe to order, especially for my diet preferences. I was astonished at the amount of ingredients that went into each crepe, it was packed full And very flavorful! The ingredients are prepared fresh every day.(You can tell because they weren’t watery or seem like they had been sitting out). They were fresh cut and kept refrigerated at appropriate temperatures during the day until they are ready for use. The back was very clean, You do not find that in a lot of smaller establishments; however, this one is exception.(I do have hazmat certification with over five years of decontamination experience and OSHA compliance, so I consider this a valid observation on my part). The staff was very friendly and helpful, my crêpes were brought promptly to the table and served with a smile. As I said, I have traveled all over the world(Japan, Okinawa, Ireland, Mexico, Netherland ,Tahiti, Hawaii, etc.) and throughout the United States. I will definitely be revisiting this small, but very well run and welcoming establishment. Here is a wonderful job well done that you do not find around the United States as much anymore, let alone the world. Great job! I will be back when I visit Connecticut again and will look forward to leaving another review!

Dietary restrictions: I do have dietary restrictions, I do not eat meat. I do not eat process food , I only eat organic non GMO fresh fruit and vegetables, herbal tea and distilled water. Once in a while, I will splurge a treat myself I am so thankful that I found a business that could accommodate my dietary needs.

Kid-friendliness: I have traveled all over the country, I especially went to Connecticut to try this new location. I took my daughter and granddaughter for brunch, The staff was super friendly, always smiling, and my granddaughter had a wonderful time, super friendly!

Wheelchair accessibility: My mother who is wheelchair bound also came along, it was very easy for her to get into the restaurant, outdoor dining was wonderful because the weather was amazing. She thoroughly enjoyed the outing.“

“My husband surprised me with a dinner gathering at Red Lotus. Immediately upon walking in we were greeted by two staff members and the owner Larry. Gary was our server who I must say was by far the best server we have ever had. Gary and Larry truly made us feel like we were the only ones there (they had a full house) the food was delicious we were a party of 8 and all had different plates none of us were disappointed with our food. The presentation of the plates were beautiful! Larry made sure to come to our table and assure we were satisfied with our food and service took time out to talk with us and build a relationship. Thank you Red Lotus from an amazing experience and phenomenal customer service.“

“So, I actually never rate places, but I do have to say that I was very happy with this place. I thought it was a just a pizza joint with a fire fighter novelty. Pizza was excellent AND it came out fast. Menu was way more than just bar food, and by the looks, just as good as the pizza. Will definitely return and order other items.
