“For a McDonalds it’s typical. I do like the atmosphere in this location. Don’t expect extra from the staff, but that’s part of the reason I go there so I can be left alone to eat. It’s rare that my food isn’t hot and the presentation is ok. This is a regular stop on my McDonalds list.“

“I had my first Diary Queen ice cream at the Niantic branch, the heath cup-achino - it had caramel, a chocolate fudge and whippy ice cream. (I can’t remember the exact name. I will definitely have it again and take a photo next time!) It was a sundae. Huge portions. I shared mine with my other half. There was a long queue as everyone was there after the Memorial Parade. I didn’t mind waiting. There’s lots of car parking space outside. It was a take away. The only thing I was sad about was there was no coffee ice cream on the menu. I get that this place is for children, the menu was huge. You don’t want children bouncing off the walls, but adults love ice cream too.“

“I came in 7 minutes before they closed, told them I knew it was late and was fine if they just wanted to go home, as I could only imagine the frustration of someone last minute. They said it was okay and took my order, nothing big just two items and verified with them it was alright to be ordering extras like fries that late. Turns out they had two people call out and so it seemed to just be 3 of them holding down the fort. Anyways tipped them in cash and thanked them. As for the food?
Burger? BOMB.
Fries? BOMB.

Don’t come in late like I did though, they don’t deserve that, tip them they definitely deserve that.

This is our go to for breakfast while at Mohegan Sun. It opens at 9 which is a little late for my liking but the staff is great and the prices are normal and are not casino high.

“I've always loved going to Jersey Mike's because rheir food is so good but yesterday was different. I ordered online and when I got home after a very long day at work my order was completely wrong. I ordered a number 17 and whatever I got had buffalo sauce which I clearly didn't ask for. when I called they offered for me to go back the same night and they'll remake it but it was late and I didn't want to have to drive all the way back. I was so disappointed because I've never had an issue with them before.“

“Excellent food for the price, it was cheap but it was delicious. The daily specials are always something delicious and the customer service is always on point. One thing I personally like is the "secret menu" that they are developing. The staff members are always friendly and my food did not take long to be prepared from when it was ordered.“

“Assistant Manager Fernando Jr went above and beyond today by personally making and delivering a catering order that I had placed by phone just moments earlier.

I received word that a very dear and close friend of the family passed earlier today. As it is customary to visit the mourning family along with providing a comforting meal, it would have been impossible for me since I reside over 3 hours away. It quickly dawned on me how much Jersey Mike's is loved by everyone and therefore quickly placed a call. My call was answered after just one ring. I explained my situation and was immediately transferred over to Assistant Manager Fernando Jr who had just finished his long day shift and was headed home for the evening.

Assistant Manager Fernando Jr, upon hearing my dilemma, immediately offered his services in assisting me with my situation. He patiently explained the available catering options, took my order, beautifully prepared the large meal order and delivered it personally, two towns away.

I am extremely grateful at the kindness, professionalism and courtesy Assistant Manager Fernando Jr. showed me. He truly exemplifies what the role of management and ownership in Corporate America should be. Thank you!“

“This has been a terrible week for my family. My cat died, my son got in an awful car accident, and my bank account was hacked. All this and I lost power during the storm and all my refrigerated and frozen was lost. All my disabled daughter and I wanted was some comfort food. Went here with 2 $5 gift cards and some change. Went to pay and the gift cards didn't work. It took me like 30 minutes to get it straightened out. I was dying of embarrassment the whole time and with everything else going on I was very close to a meltdown. I write all this because the young girls at the counter were so kind, respectful and patient with me the entire time. No eye rolls, no signs of frustration, just excellent customer service. You can get Subway anywhere, customer service if this caliber not do much. When I get my money straight I will definitely come back and give these girls a much better tip.“

“I've lived a few blocks away for 2 years but the reviews looked bad so I never tried this location until about 4 months ago. We have now ordered from this place about 5 times online and picked up ourselves and my 17 yr old has walked there to order. Everytime every grinder is perfect!! “Usually this Wendy's has been really slow in the past but I just wanna say whatever they're paying Kyle I believe his name was he may have said Ky, either way pay that gentleman more! He was friendly, addressed everything super easily for me (my wife is complicated)...that dude is on his way places...you never know how far manors and being respectful can get you. He made an otherwise annoying errand for my wife, super quick and easy!!“

“I was just at subway a couple hours ago, 6-7 pm 2/12/2023 and the gentleman there made me the best subway sandwich. He also was very friendly, made my sandwich perfectly, but the nicest part is it’s the end of the work day and he still had a smile while dealing with me.

Vegetarian options: All of my veggies was crisp and flavorful. Usually I’ll take stuff out if the texture is off but this one was perfect!“
