“Great pizza! Guests said “this pizza is really good, where did you get it?” You can guess there was no more pizza at the end of the gathering. Will come again!

“I'm so glad this place is still around. I loved coming here as a kid and I still do now. My friends and I love the chicken parm grinder, best in town and consistently good, nothing else compares.

“I grew up right up the street and have been eating their pizza since 1990. Although I currently live right outside of New Haven and have access to the big pizza greats of CT....I still love to come home and get some West End from time to time. “

“Outstanding food! I’ve stopped here twice and love the effort on the obvious “homemade” efforts that makes it so good. Chowder was great, and the 30 year old recipe for the lasagna (as the menu boasts) did NOT disappoint. Try this spot, don’t rush or be in a hurry, and enjoy the food and obvious effort that’s put into to making it as good as it truly is. I plan on continuing to explore the menu and specials when they’re to be had. Enjoy!“

“I was in the area and decided to take a chance and Grab a cup and char pepperoni pizza. let me just say, if you're from the area you are lucky to have this close by. The pizza I had was absolutely delicious. 8.6 from me on the pepperoni. The Buffalo didn't do it for me, likely because I tried the Pepperoni first and in my mind nothing was going to compare.“

“We stopped in for a quick lunch on a very hot day. The owner turned the air conditioning up for us along with a fan while we waited for our lunch.
We ordered the Chicken avocado wrap which was delicious along with two huge slices of cheese pizza. We will definitely be back !“

“A party of 5 seated right away. We ordered Clam strips, a large bacon pizza and large BBQ Chicken pizza. Everything was tasty however the sauce on the bbq chicken pizza tasted like sweet and sour sauce rather than bbq. Service was quick and prices were decent for our party size.“

“We really like Bella Pizza – they have really good gluten-free pizza. They even make it in its own pan, so you don’t have to worry about cross contamination if someone has celiac disease. Also a nice place to eat, clean and comfortable. We consistently go to Bella Pizza and we always like it“
