“Stopped by for a late lunch and we were pleasantly surprised! Not much from the outside but the food (fattoush, chicken shawarma platter, ful m’mdamas) was just delicious, the service was excellent and attentive, and the kitchen was kind enough to make a breakfast dish after the breakfast menu had ended.
We will definitely be back!“

“We tried the new North Haven location. The food was absolutely delicious! We had their monthly special “ispycherrypie” which is lemon chicken!! Soo good, highly recommend!!“

“We didn't even know it was a jewish/kosher place when we stopped in, until we saw some of the other customers. We weren't sure it was the place for us but left happy. The 2 of us shared our plates: The burger was very good & much fresher than a lot of other places. The hot & sweet chicken sandwich w/ candied jalapenos was excellent. The french fries could maybe have used a little more salt but that's just my preference; they were nicely crispy on the outside & I really liked the garlic mayo that came w/ them (Husband stuck with the ketchup). The service was prompt & friendly. No complaints about that at all. Restaurant prices are all crazy high nowadays. So I'd have to say their prices were reasonable for high-end sandwiches. It's a nice, homey p[lace. I'd recommend it even if you're not a jew.“

“I dined at Rawa one time but I recomme the lamb chops, pita, spicy chicken wings, chicken breast on a bed of lentils.“

“Started with the beef kefta kabob, served with jasmine rice, Arabic (tomato and herb) salad, pita bread, and tzatziki sauce. The beef was well-seasoned with traditional Mediterranean spices and really tasty. Finished with a pistachio cake with a pistachio mousse bottom layer, frozen cream center, and soft warm philo top. Everything was fresh and delicious! The service was prompt, but very friendly and helpful with picking out a dessert. Other than the last bite of dessert, forgot to take pictures, but will next time -definitely will be a next time! Thank you, folks!!“
