“I tried Jersey Mike’s for the first time today, mainly after speaking with Griffin, the manager, who was very courteous and professional on the phone. I had a coupon that was just one day expired, and he kindly agreed to honor it so I could give them a try.

When I arrived, the food was fresh and overall enjoyable. Griffin really stood out with excellent customer service and a welcoming attitude—definitely top-notch. A few of the other staff members could use more training on preparation to keep sandwiches neater, but that will likely improve with time and experience.“

The owner immediately walked over to him, greeted him with utmost respect, made him a footlong sandwich and meal, free of charge, and treated him in a way that made us both tear up and realize there are good people in this world who have a heart of gold. The owner is a couple who treats their customers like friends and family, but this action made me respect them 100 times more. God bless you.
