“I'm prediabetic and my husband is diabetic so we have to be careful when we order out at restaurants. This morning my husband and I wanted coffee before heading out in our semi. I was able to order a large iced latte with unsweetened vanilla and oat milk and extra espresso. My husband ordered a large iced coffee with unsweetened coconut and oat milk with extra espresso. When I explained our situation to the two who were working, they immediately suggested the unsweetened vanilla and coconut shots and even took the time to show us the brand of oat milk they use to make sure it was safe for me and my hsuband. What a refreshing experience having people who actually care and take the time to make sure their customers can enjoy their drinks without getting sick.“

“When I was recently there, Karley and Merin were very professional with excellent customer service, especially Karley who really went above and beyond. In customer service, especially food industry, AND ESPECIALLY coffe, is extremely difficult these days. So to find employees who you can genuinely care about providing excellent service. Leaving a review, is such a simple and quick gesture that is the least I can do which really goes a long way regarding the employees. I hope more people start doing this to the hard working employees that deserve it. I left similar review on my receipt but also wanted to make sure they got the credit they deserve and leave a review on here as well. “first time here and OMG we will be back. Eggs were so fluffy, bacon cooked to perfection and the pancakes are HUGE. We had perfect super speedy service by our server. First time ever that I had to bring food home from a breakfast cause I was so full from thier portions. Highly highly recommend.“

“Plenty of parking, it's inside a little Market Mall. Close to UCONN campus so the service is a little slow but only because the place is usually busy, so ordering thru app at least 15 minutes ahead be your best option 😏
All of the Baristas are pleasant and friendly and it's obvious they're working as hard as they can, occasionally one bumping into the other. So much space for the customer but they need a little more space behind the counter too 🥰
The place is always clean and neat, restrooms also 👍“

“Very friendly and helpful waitstaff took my order, small coffee "very light " with skim milk for my sweetie, and medium coffee with 2 milks (half-decaf), with a toasted everything bagel with veggie delight cream cheese pour moi, everything was perfect and timely..along with a friendly departure message...glad I stopped, and you know .."Ah'll be back!"“

“If you like dogs while you’re eating and drinking inside, you’ll like this location. The baristas jump on everyone who walks through the door to put a mask on, but have no problem with people bringing their dogs (of all sizes) inside.\n\nTimes have changed. I suspect people who aren’t allergic to dogs don’t mind.\n\nOtherwise, great Starbucks food and drink, as everywhere. I’m a Gold Card member for life.“
