“I'm prediabetic and my husband is diabetic so we have to be careful when we order out at restaurants. This morning my husband and I wanted coffee before heading out in our semi. I was able to order a large iced latte with unsweetened vanilla and oat milk and extra espresso. My husband ordered a large iced coffee with unsweetened coconut and oat milk with extra espresso. When I explained our situation to the two who were working, they immediately suggested the unsweetened vanilla and coconut shots and even took the time to show us the brand of oat milk they use to make sure it was safe for me and my hsuband. What a refreshing experience having people who actually care and take the time to make sure their customers can enjoy their drinks without getting sick.“

“I placed my order at the drive-thru speaker and pulled around to the window. At the window, I could hear the all-girl crew inside. They were just having a good conversation. Kind of uplifting. They were giggling and having at great time at work, which was nice to see and hear, instead of grumpy people I've gone to at other DD restaurants.
My coffee came out PERFECTLY, and my hashbrowns were cooked to PERFECTION!!

“Plenty of parking, it's inside a little Market Mall. Close to UCONN campus so the service is a little slow but only because the place is usually busy, so ordering thru app at least 15 minutes ahead be your best option 😏
All of the Baristas are pleasant and friendly and it's obvious they're working as hard as they can, occasionally one bumping into the other. So much space for the customer but they need a little more space behind the counter too 🥰
The place is always clean and neat, restrooms also 👍“
