“There’s something nostalgic about tasting Dunkin’ Donuts. The soft dough that melts in my mouth brings up the memories and the melody of my grandfathers voice. Every time he came over he would bring a box of donuts, sitting at the table with his coffee we enjoyed each other's company. Even though he’s gone I still go to dunkin, my other relatives gift me gift cards in remembrance of him. Keeping the dunkin tradition alive. However, every time I would go to my local Dunkin ( not this dunkin). I could never find the memories or hear the melodies of his voice when I bite in the donuts. The donuts at other Dunkin’s were always dry and sloppy. So I just accepted I would never taste the nostalgic taste of Dunkin’ Donuts again. The other Dunkin’s were just Dunkin’s. However this one was Dunkin Donuts, because when I bit into that donut. The memories flooded back to me the softness of the dough that melted, made my brain melt emotionally. I finally found the nostalgic senses around me, for a moment I was brought back in time. Thinking the box of donuts was brought for me by my grandpa. This may all sound like I’m crazy but I’m not, when you miss a loved one who is no longer around you look for them, whether it’s songs, birds and in my case Dunkin’ Donuts. This Dunkin brought back what Dunkin meant to me. The donuts were not the only thing that tasted of perfection, I also got a mocha frozen triple mocha coffee. Awhile ago in my junior year this drink spiked my love for dunkin coffee. The first sip of my mocha triple frozen coffee today, brought me back to the first time I ordered it. I could taste the sweetness of the mocha, complimented by the slushy coffee. I’ve ordered this drink from other Dunkin’s and they have never made my taste buds dance with joy like this Dunkin did. Other Dunkin’s always forgot the mocha swirl. However this dunkin made beautiful drizzles with the mocha, adding the right amount to create a delicious creamy chocolate mousse flavor. This is the best Dunkin I’ve ever tried and I’ve gone to Suffield, Southwick and enfield Dunkin’s but this Dunkin outdid them all. I didn’t personally pick up my order, my dad did after going to the gym and he told me that the staff was friendly. Which is shocking because I rarely experience friendly staff at Dunkin. Anyways here’s a picture of my mocha I drank some before because I couldn’t help myself!”

“Christopher did an amazing job from the start to the end. I came here for a quick drink prior to my flight to San Diego. He was very attentive and sincere during my visit. Always made sure my water cup was full and had consistently asked if everything was okay. Made a perfect old fashion for me as well. Chris displayed great communication/customer service skills. Really enjoyed my visit and will be back. Christina was very friendly as well. Great job screening /hiring the right people!”

“I wanted a steak and cheese and they were out of steak at 1:10PM, this was upsetting, I settled on a turkey and cheese sandwich and customized it how I wanted, this was nice, but for over $13 it was a very basic sandwich. Overall good experience, they have a self service kiosk which I like because you can customize everything and decide what you want in real time. If you are flying out of BDL there really aren’t many options for food, so it’s good this is at least decent!”
