“Today we visited the Windsor Locks, CT location. When we arrived inside, we were promptly greeted and seated in Laila section. Laila was very helpful and knowledgeable of the menu and the Ruby Tuesday app. Today I had the 6 oz sirloin. It was cooked just the way I like it. The salad bar was amazing too. The atmosphere was very comforting. Laila was perfect in helping us check out with the new style CC system.“

“I love this restaurant. The food is always good and the female wait staff is great. The males, are on the rude side....one time throwing steak knives across the table when we requested them to cut our steaks. Every time we dine here, I am so annoyed with the lighting. Fluorescent lighting in a fine dining establishment is the worst. Please...please ...please put in recessed lighting that can be dimmed to make for a romantic dining experience.“

“Went on a whim and do not regret it. The Tiger Cry appetizer was so flavorful and tender and the green curry was delicious and had the perfect amount of heat. I chose to skip meat and get extra vegetables and they were extremely generous with loading it up with many different types of veggies. The serving size was very generous and I took home more than half. I'm already looking forward to trying more of their menu! The place is smaller than I expected it to be, but it's nicer that way I think.“

“We had such a wonderful experience at Joey’s Garlic! The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the penne a la vodka, shrimp scampi, and fried calamari, and every dish was full of flavor. The portions were huge—definitely family-style! Honestly, one plate would have been enough for both of us, and we still had plenty of leftovers to enjoy at home. The restaurant itself has a beautiful setting with an industrial hipster vibe, warm lighting, and a fun flare that makes the atmosphere really inviting. Service was excellent—our server was both fast and friendly, which made the evening even better. For the quality and size of the portions, the pricing was amazing and very affordable. We truly felt like we got more than our money’s worth. We’re already looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu next time!“

“Hands down BEST CFA in the area! Food always comes out hot, fast, and delicious! Staff is friendly and frequently see the owner’s presence in the restaurant.

Aside from the above, there are several things that set this CFA apart from the rest (Chicopee specifically):

1. I consistently see the owner, Colby passionate about their business and working to inspire their staff - including witnessing him train and provide orientation for the new staff where he maintains a genuine positive and upbeat attitude every time

2. This CFA frequently offers special events and/or rewards (Sunrise surprise, Bingo nights, Offers to try new items, etc)

3. They actually provide you with the number of sauces you request and never short you

4. Lunch/Dinner items can be ordered during breakfast

I may not agree with the company owner on everything, but I can’t argue with the quality of the chicken—it’s always solid. The food is consistently good, the staff is friendly and upbeat, and the place is always clean. I’ve never walked into a dirty location, which says something. Whether it’s a sandwich, nuggets, or those waffle fries, you know what you’re getting every time. Reliable, quick, and just plain good.“

The restaurant was clean, well-lit, and appropriately staffed with well-trained, knowledgeable, dependable, and hard-working people. We both selected salads with fresh ingredients. The grilled chicken & baja chicken were both good. The guac was fresh. The included chips & salsa were a bonus. Love this place - prefer to Chipotle which does not have fresh cilantro as an option and does not ensure the restaurant is clean & well-managed. The pico de gallo was low, but there was just enough for my salad. I look forward to eating here again.“

“As a local business owner that frequents Anthony's Restaurant, I've yet to have a less than great experience. Many locals truly appreciate the quality the owner puts into his authentic dishes. The pizza is always great, with generous toppings, the meatballs are homemade and flavorful, the sauce is also taseful and the dishes are plentiful! The owner has been in the business for decades and truly cares deeply about thir customers experiences and is very friendly. This restaurant includes a family effort, they provide a clean and positive family experience and local business love their food as well. I know personally, because I provide gift cards on behalf of business relationships in the area & their always happy with their experiences. I recommend giving them another try - to those who had unfortunate past experience, they've got a better crew than they once had. “I feel it’s important to share Three Figs is under new management and has made quite a turnaround. I waited until I experienced several successful visits before writing this review so I could be certain in my recommendation. I’ve now dined in a small group, a larger group, in the dining room, in the bar and as part of a civic group banquet in the back room. Each time, I have been pleased and satisfied. The food has been delicious (both regular menu and specials) and the service prompt & exceptional. I find the atmosphere warm & welcoming, reminding me of Cheers (the neighborhood place where everybody knows your name). Our dinner this past week was a positive experience in specific ways. We didn’t have a reservation and the parking lot was packed. Yet our wait was surprisingly short, and enjoyable at the bar with friendly service. Once in the dining room, our server was kind, helpful and happy…and very accommodating when a substitution was requested on an order at our table. The manager even helped serve our plates and made sure we were all enjoying our experience. Noting that the staff worked well together and were all happy…it implies that working there must be positive for them as well. The restaurant itself was also very clean and comfortable. In the past, I could not have shared these same words and had nearly given up on this local, convenient spot. So it pleases me very much to see the new management has turned it around. Having a great spot so close by is appreciated. Congrats Three Figs…your efforts are worth it!“

“Stopped in recently and enjoyed the Street Fries: cottage fries covered with a delicious Greek sauce, feta cheese, chopped veges and shaved lamb. A little on the salty side(feta cheese) but very satisfying. Delicious butter pecan ice cream for dessert from Grass Roots. Service was friendly. “showed up around 11:30am and order a breakfast sandwich. they made it in a fairly short time and it was quite tasty. The service was okay, prices were kinda high, but prices everywhere is high other than that I have no complaints. I recommend visiting if in the neighborhood.

Parking: in front and side of business, roughly 12 to 15 parking spots.

Wheelchair accessibility: I believe you can get into the front door fairly unchallenged.“

“This dining spot is located in the Marriott Hotel on Day Hill Road. After work, my guest and I stopped in for apps and drinks. We enjoyed the Point Judith Calamari and the wings.
The inviting atmosphere and excellent service make this dining experience a plus for business travelers. The menu is a little pricey but not out of line for 4-star hotels.

“I hadn't been to Gillette State Park in years. Decided to visit pn way home from casino. I was so surprised. They really have expanded the park buildings. To include a gift shop and museum. They also offer tours of the castle....they end at 4. The grounds and paths were lovely. I reccomend s revisit. They still have some charcoal grills that you can use to picnic! Underappreciated park....its very nice.“

“Your standard Panera, if you've seen one you've seen most, and thats a good thing. Food was good, bread was fresh, soda options were decent. Food came out pretty quickly.

Parking: Standard lot, very easy to park

Kid-friendliness: Panera is definitely kid friendly, with booths and high chairs to make it easy. Kids menu makes it simple to order, although my kids will go through a full sized mac and cheese with no problem.“

“I just had the most heartwarming experience! 8/19/24 at 6:30 pm) I was standing outside of this location for a few minutes, hoping the intense pouring rain would let up so I wouldn’t get completely soaked walking to my car - no more than 5 minutes. An employee (long-ish blonde hair, partially pulled back on both sides) came out and asked if I need an umbrella! I wasn’t a customer, yet she noticed my debacle, and came out to offer help. I think we can all learn from her to keep spreading kindness! To management - you’ve got a true gem on your hands. Thank you for reminding me to pay it forward.“

“If they had a zero star I would had given it first of all the manager gave my order to someone else than he refused that he wasn't gonna make another until I put some common sense into him this place has the worse customer service by the management ever this experience was awful on how they treat people on top of that I handle it without an argument like he did it was very unprofessional of him never again I will come here it's just sad they have people like that running this place to the ground no wonder they don't even make it to a 4 star place its disgusting“

“Panera bread is definitely a safer choice while eating out. My favorite is the Chicken Avocado melt sandwich with the squash soup. Always opted for pickup, haven’t eaten inside the store. Service has been prompt, no issues with the order.“
