“We stopped by for lunch and had the best hamburgers that we have ever eaten. The french fries were unbelievable and were perfectly cooked. The hamburgers were very flavorful. The atmosphere was incredible and the wait staff did an amazing job. Joseph, the owner, came out and spoke with us, and we told him that these were the best hamburgers we ever had. Twice this week it was not busy when I ordered and on two separate orders, I asked for to substitute the sodas for coffee shakes. The first time they were Chocolate shakes. So, I order an extra coffee shake on the Carvel side as my brother is allergic to Chocolate. I went in tonight and order my brother's meal for him. When I ordered I made sure to announced that it was a Coffee Shake, TWICE. While waiting, I noticed the female trainer had the trainee put a medium Vanilla Shake instead. When the buzzer went off, not only was there no shake ready but was asked: "Oh, you had a vanilla shake too, right?" "NO! Coffee!" Another wait as they made the coffee shake I originally ordered. Baseball season is upon us, hopefully, you don't strike out if I (we) come in again. Advice - Check your orders placing and receiving them.“

I remember when the people working there knew your face sometimes even your favorite meal or ice-cream. Now they sit you down very small talk and it seams like they can't keep there employees. Everytime we go there's a new person there. And don't get me started on the prices it's way out of hand.“

“We ate here Friday, before we saw movie, The Greatfull Deaad movie on imax. Its was great movie. Johnny a Rockets, It was fantastic! You know when you crave a great burger & can't find anyplace,even expensive restaurants? TRY THIS PLACE. I always use mayonnaise on a burger. But this place doesn't have any. But Thats ok! Because the burger had such a great taste I didn't need mayo or catsup. That surprised me. It tasted great,made fresh. Little Greasy & nice & juicy, but thats how you know its not pressed down. It was cooked properly. Not over done or anything. Not squished but fluffy patties.
I haven't had a great tasting burger in years. Finally I find a place. YEAH! It is good enough flavor that it doesn't need any condiments. That's the highest praise I have ever given to a restaurant review.

“Today was my first time trying Shah Food, and I ended up going back twice in the same day. I tried the chicken burger first, and within two hours I was back for the hot wings. Their spicy sauce is really good. I grew up eating spicy food, so I can handle heat, and theirs has flavor and a kick.

The chicken and meat taste very fresh, not rubbery at all, and the bun on the burger was crispy in the best way. I’m already looking forward to trying the gyro next. Exam week has me hungry, and Shah Food is definitely becoming my go-to comfort spot.

Staff is very nice. Their shop is clean as well.

“Went there last Saturday, August 3rd at 12:30 pm and had the best time ever. I spoke to Riley prior to going asking about the chocolate martinis and she told me that Allisa made really good ones. When we got there to celebrate a girl's day out Riley was there, our waitress Shelly pointed her out so I could go over and introduce myself. Not only did EVERYONE treat us like we had been going there for years and were family, but Alissa made REALLY GREAT DRINKS and the FOOD WAS FANTASTIC. My sister had a couple cosmos, and my other friend and I had the chocolate martinis which were WONDERFUL!!! We had chicken tacos, fries and the Burbon pork belly bites were SOOOO GOOD you would want to slap anyone who tried to grab any. This was truly a good time and although it was busy, loud and was SOOOOOO MUCH FUN because everyone was fabulous. I will look forward to going back next time I'm in Connecticut.“
