So, I order an extra coffee shake on the Carvel side as my brother is allergic to Chocolate. I went in tonight and order my brother's meal for him. When I ordered I made sure to announced that it was a Coffee Shake, TWICE. While waiting, I noticed the female trainer had the trainee put a medium Vanilla Shake instead. When the buzzer went off, not only was there no shake ready but was asked: "Oh, you had a vanilla shake too, right?" "NO! Coffee!" Another wait as they made the coffee shake I originally ordered. Baseball season is upon us, hopefully, you don't strike out if I (we) come in again. Advice - Check your orders placing and receiving them.“

“I’ve been here several times because I love their açaí bowls, milk tea and tropical bubble tea. Today I bought a grilled cheese, acai bowl and a coconut milk tea. I’m incredibly indecisive but luckily the sweetest girl named Narin helped me out. She was professional, very friendly, knowledgeable of the products and quick. She’s definitely one of their best employees and my experience there was perfect thanks to her. They yell at him try to tell him.he took orders wrong, when the cooks screw up, I went in one time,and got back my money, because 2 times he repeated no onions? I watched it, the cook told him he was stupid and at fault, I told that cook you are wrong, I listened to that young man tell you two times , no onions ? Because I had an allergy to them. He was extremely rude, so told the night manager give me back my money! Have not been back for a year, recently went back well.to my happiness he was still on the window, so he made sure my order was right, he deserves a raise, he works very hard and is a honest great worker! Also had BYO hard tacos which I asked for everything on the side for my autistic son. He loved them and the portions were very generous! Salsa was blah (personal preference) Guac was on point and queso was good also! No complaints here.“

“I went after work at the hospital and their breakfast sandwich was so much better than hospital cafeteria food. I have a hard time eating egg based sandwiches but I was impressed and I even finished my sandwich. The cheese had a good flavor - it was melted in nicely. It was a real egg in the sandwich. The bread was good. I'm definitely going back when I'm in need of food on the way home after a long night shift. This is so much better than the next door Panera Bread and nearby Starbucks for a breakfast sandwich.“

The staff is always very friendly; they often come over and ask if everything is okay or if you need anything else. What I like is that most of the time they even offer to bring the food to your table when it's not busy. I'm not sure if she's the general manager, she looks like an Asian woman, but let me tell you, she's very kind. I've noticed that she's very attentive to elderly people, which is evident in the appreciation those people show her. “Parking: There is plenty of parking with easy entry and exiting for the parking lot. Visitors can enter and exit on the post road which is busy traffic or they mcan enter and exit from a back entrance which allows them to go on a side street with a traffic light at the junction of the side street and post road. This much safer and easier to exit.

Kid-friendliness: Available easily to all age groups. There are a couple of walk-in entrances with sit-down eating. Drive-thru is readily available and more popular so children never leave the car and it's very convenient with children.

Wheelchair accessibility: I think the entrances to the inside seating are wide enough for accessibility of a wheelchair. There is plenty of space for seating inside so there would be room for a wheelchair as well.“

It’s a cool concept that we can order all different types of cuisines in one order with no added fees. You can order on your phone or a kiosk inside.
