Twice this week it was not busy when I ordered and on two separate orders, I asked for to substitute the sodas for coffee shakes. The first time they were Chocolate shakes. So, I order an extra coffee shake on the Carvel side as my brother is allergic to Chocolate. I went in tonight and order my brother's meal for him. When I ordered I made sure to announced that it was a Coffee Shake, TWICE. While waiting, I noticed the female trainer had the trainee put a medium Vanilla Shake instead. When the buzzer went off, not only was there no shake ready but was asked: "Oh, you had a vanilla shake too, right?" "NO! Coffee!" Another wait as they made the coffee shake I originally ordered. Baseball season is upon us, hopefully, you don't strike out if I (we) come in again. Advice - Check your orders placing and receiving them.“

I’m incredibly indecisive but luckily the sweetest girl named Narin helped me out. She was professional, very friendly, knowledgeable of the products and quick. She’s definitely one of their best employees and my experience there was perfect thanks to her. As usual, the coconut milk tea was delicious, grilled cheese with tomato hit the spot and the acai bowl was fantastic! I got strawberries, blueberries, granola, honey and coconut flakes on it. Love this place. Their frozen yogurt, ice cream and selection of toppings are great too! Definitely give this place a shot and I promise you won’t be disappointed.“

“Great place to eat prices are great. Food always comes with stale buns on their burgers and hot dog buns are soggy, I used to love going here because prices are not high, and the food was great. I go to the duchess in Shelton Ct, Bridgeport Ave. You have a young black gentleman that is outstanding, when taking and giving orders, they do not treat him well. He is a little slow , but much more efficient than most, and very respectful at all.times, and makes sure the order is right, I am sorry, I do not remember his name , but he is always in take out drive through, treat you good help well! They yell at him try to tell him.he took orders wrong, when the cooks screw up, I went in one time,and got back my money, because 2 times he repeated no onions? I watched it, the cook told him he was stupid and at fault, I told that cook you are wrong, I listened to that young man tell you two times , no onions ? Because I had an allergy to them. He was extremely rude, so told the night manager give me back my money! Have not been back for a year, recently went back well.to my happiness he was still on the window, so he made sure my order was right, he deserves a raise, he works very hard and is a honest great worker! “I went after work at the hospital and their breakfast sandwich was so much better than hospital cafeteria food. I have a hard time eating egg based sandwiches but I was impressed and I even finished my sandwich. The cheese had a good flavor - it was melted in nicely. It was a real egg in the sandwich. The bread was good. I'm definitely going back when I'm in need of food on the way home after a long night shift. This is so much better than the next door Panera Bread and nearby Starbucks for a breakfast sandwich.“

“For the foot traffic here, I'm very impressed with the efforts of all of the personnel! It is not easy to keep this place clean. It is not easy to manage all of the traffic. Just in my two hours here. (Kids play area) I witnessed three families of 8 people each. Thats crazy. Anyway, my son had a good time at the play area.“

My mistake was not getting the receipt, I ordered a steak egg mcmuffun they gave me a sausage mcmuffun , even though the special tag that was stuck to the wrapper says steak, they got it wrong. The best part was I was Charged for steak. they need to train better.“
