“This Dublin Donuts is solid. It’s never busy, so you get your coffee and donuts quick. Everything’s consistent, same taste every time, which is nice. The place is clean, and the staff gets the job done. Not fancy, but good for a quick stop when you’re in the mood for something simple and easy.“
“As a frequent visitor, this place deserves a much higher rating than it has. Service is always extremely friendly. Mobile orders are ready as expected and accurate. Coffees are always made particularly well (especially relative to other Dunkins). Staff is courteous and helpful about substituting donuts if I mobile order something that isn't available.“
“Yeah, I recently did take out from this Dunkin Donuts and idk, the food was good & the service was quick. I ate inside a couple of times last year and it seemed fairly laid back. I think they could stand to get a LOT more business cuz as far as customers go it seemed slow. So if you are in a hurry you could probably get what you're after and be outta there quickly! If you're eating inside it appeared clean & well kept, which is what I look for.
Parking: Where it is parking could be a challenge. You can park at Harris Teeter & walk over if there is no parking on the street in front. I frequent Dunn Loring Metro Station and although I enjoy the Starbucks coffee there, as far as eating breakfast I'd rather walk to Dunkin from the station & get a sausage, egg & cheese croissant. It's a lot more filling & tasty than most things at Starbucks. Or at least that's my opinion & I never regret walking over there! The other thing I like about it is it doesn't matter what time it is. I can get it whether it's 9am or 11am.“
“The $6 Meal is a really good deal, offering a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, coffee, and hash browns. Add a double chocolate donut for $1.99 and you have a great bargain meal for under $10. Conveniently located near the Farragut West and Farragut North Metros.“
“I take advantage of this location daily. Also, with a Dunkin Card, you get perks (current offering is $.99 Medium Iced Coffee when using Dunkin card to pay!). For cheap coffee, its not bad. Plus, the snack wraps and hash browns are pretty good, too!“
“I picked up 4 Carafes of various coffee. There is a New staff and New Mgr! I haven't been in a couple of years. (COVID-19) I always use to pick up my coffee from this location for my Sorority Brunches. I was Very Pleased with this New Customer Service....Thank you Ladies! Dec 2, 2023 at 7am!! The Staff walked my purchase to my car and sent me off HAPPY!! ???☕️“
“You get to look out the window while you study at peace. Considering its location to AU it's a great place to do individual study while grabbing a nice cold coffee and donut. Unlike other shops there's outlets so you can charge your electronics while you study as well.“
“A rush was happening and people were hounding the staff for their mobile orders. Despite an apparent printer failure, who I assume is the manager handled everything with such grace and helped direct people to their orders perfectly. Definitely a brilliant set of staff and good service“
“This location is not open to the public. It’s also not the typical Dunkin Donuts with full service menus or hours. This location is exceptional for those who access it and they provide high quality service to those needing a speedy break for a donut and a bagel with cream cheese.
Highly reliable and convenient and a great compliment to Harry S. Truman. Much recommended!“
“A very tiny Dunkin outpost with very efficient, semi-friendly service (hey, semi-friendly is good in this city of unfriendly bureaucrats and their like with an embarrassingly exaggerated sense of self-importance!). It's really too cramped to eat your food and sup your drinks inside, though there is a small stand-up counter.“
“It’s a busy spot. Food is what it is. Giving 4 stars to boost rating b/c I let myself get overly annoyed by a mixup about a refund on an app order that could not be filled with my selection. The shop handled the situation with grace, which was very much appreciated. Some advice- don’t order ahead anything other than whole donuts or standard drinks via app or mobile or app in case they are sold-out. And, we all do well to remember, most of us are all out here doing the best we can.“
“I used to live across the street from this Dunkin and would irregularly do mobile orders. I say irregularly because I’m not the biggest Dunkin’ fan and the staff here are rude and ignore you when trying to pick up mobile orders. However, the last few times I’ve come here there is one specific woman who has been there and she is the kindest, most considerate person to have ever worked in the location. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name but you’ll know who she is when you go here. If I hadn’t moved away I would probably start becoming a regular here just because of her.
Just wanted to leave this review because she deserves the recognition!“
“Not open to the public but my family and I were just lucky enough to run into a couple of kind Dunkin employees on a smoke break that told us to our surprise that that it wasn’t open to the public ( Department of Agriculture) but offered to bring out an order for us if we placed it online. Given our 3 starving kids, running late, and the great prices, we are so thankful for them.“
“Really the only problem I have is that the employees don’t where name tags so I could name names. What started off as a “ rocky “ visit to Dunkin ended perfectly. The big guy with facial hair handled the situation and my order very professionally. Hats off to that “
“It's a Gas Station store not a restaurant
Parking: It's a gas station store
Kid-friendliness: They serve kids like they serve every one
Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible for wheelchair manual or motorized“
