If I could give this place 100/5 I would. Went for a drink, stayed for 3 hours. Luke is the best bartender both in the drinks he makes but also helping find the right cocktail for your mood. Even gave us a few small samples of the drinks on tap to try beforehand.GET THE RHUBARB SODA it might change your life.Most of the people at the bar with us were locals and regulars. We were in DC to see Thievery Corporation on Saturday March 16th, we happened upon Service Bar while out exploring the neighborhood we were staying in on Sunday evening. This place is a proper cocktail bar - Luke was very sweet explaining the mezcal special cocktails of the evening and Cullen and Co. behind the bar are amazing mixologists.
