1. The fajitas (chorizo, chicken, steak) had amazing flavor including the side of refried beans, steak was tender, didn’t skimp you on the veggies.
2. The chicken tamales did not disappoint - you can tell they care about their masa, and the chicken inside was juicy, not dry like many places.
3. The frozen margaritas were freshly made it isn’t just a bunch of syrup. I actually wasn’t going to get one but Oscar put my concerns at ease and pointed out it was still happy hour.

“The menu has a few items that I would like to try. In an attempt to eat healthier, I ordered a really tasty, well-flavored Baja salad with chicken and various fresh ingredients.

This was my first time eating Surfside and I will say it won’t be my last. It’s a great option if you are craving good Mexican.

We ordered for a group work lunch on Uber Eats and it worked perfectly for everyone to find something to their liking.“

“Great little place. The lomo saltado was good but the black beans that come with it are fantastic. Knowing a little Spanish definitely helped when ordering but I'm sure you'd be fine without it. Everyone there (staff and other customers) were extremely nice and even helped when my Spanish failed. We will definitely add this to our list of places to come back to.“

“Went there with a group of friends late at night, when almost all other restaurants in the area were closed. The service was friendly and fast, and the food was tasty. They had great music playing and the ambiance was nice. Would definitely recommend this place!“

“Had their signature burrito. It was delicious. Cost was about $10; a couple of days before I paid $15 for a really terrible one from the DC food trucks. My daughter had bubble tea from a different spot in this food court that was also way better and cheaper than food truck. My conclusion is skip the food trucks and head over here and you will do much better.“
