“A Genuine Surprise Stop on Our Way Back From NYC
We were on our way home from NYC, planning to wash the car before calling it a day, when we drove past Pennsville Custard Stand. Right before it, we passed what can only be described as a crack den (a rundown motel with a few guys doing the crack dance), and honestly, we didn’t expect much more down the road.
Then suddenly, we see this beautiful little hole-in-the-wall shack that completely caught us off guard. Not only were the prices super reasonable, but the service was lightning fast — in and out like that.
It was clearly a regular local spot too. We saw a dad just casually enjoying his custard outside his truck, like this was his go-to ritual, while my wife and I enjoyed ours. It had this wholesome, small-town vibe that made the whole stop feel unexpectedly special.
If you’re ever passing through, don’t sleep on this place. Absolute gem.“

“Bruaters is one of my favorite ice cream places. Love the key lime and coconut chip, peanut butter puddles, chocolate peanut butter chip. My kids love cotton candy explosion. Blackjberry and peach are awesome too. Can't go wrong with anything there I think“
“We love this place for milkshakes. Everyone is always friendly and great service. Today was the exception. Today staff were all talking together and only sort of paying attention to customers. We ordered reg and a large shake got two reg, charged for one of each, neither of which were filled to the top of the cups. I hope they are not slipping into just another ice cream place.“

“Oh my goodness ... This was the best waterice. It was so tasty. I also got the cinnamon pretzel with the icing that was good. It was a nice treat. The $3 Thick water ice is a really good portion. I was very pleased with how flavorful it was . I would highly recommend this location for something sweet and reasonable.“

“My wife and I finally were able to try out this quaint charmer. We ordered French toast and an omelet plus coffee. Everything about this place was inviting. Live music good food and ambiance has that cafe feel. Definitely coming back to try more of the menu.“

“I’d only seen a froyo shop on television so it was a nice experience in person. It was yummy frozen yogurt and exactly what I expected. However, it was a bit pricey since the bowl is sold by weight. I paid 10 for a medium bowl. I think I’ll stick to a regular frozen ice cream cone for $2.50.🤣 it’s the kind of thing you do when you’re on holiday so now I understand why we don’t have one back home.“

“I absolutely love eating here! Their steakburgers are always cooked to order and have that perfect crispy edge, and the shoestring fries are arguably the best around. You definitely can't leave without getting some of their frozen custard—it’s incredibly rich and creamy. “Wanted to try a local spot near where I work and Andy's Pizza stepped up and didnt disappoint. I ordered 2 cheesesteaks fried onions and those cheesesteaks were amazing the girl that took my order hooked it up with fires as well that was an unexpected and amazing surprise. Definitely recommend Andy's Pizza and would order from there again and again.“

“This Dairy Queen location in Aston has great staff members that are attentive towards customers standing waiting to be served. When I arrived the employees were working out of 2 windows and serving pick up orders while another employee would be taking orders in the other window. Good job on multitasking for quicker wait times for the desserts to be ready for pickup. Keep up the good work 👍 -Good Luck in 2026 & Beyond.“

“Sophie was our counter person and she was nice and got us our four gelati very quickly. New flavors like mermaid and unicorn sprinkles were enjoyed by my family but I stuck with mango and cherry with custard twist. I was a little shocked at $6.25 for a small but then what hasn't gone up? No seating but also no trash can which was strange. I guess they want you to take your garbage with you!“
