We get it with unicorn glitter for her because "come on its UNICORN GLITTER" she thinks it's the best thing and squeals everytime lmao... pics next time“

“If Rita’s is looking for someone to show/train other Rita’s how it’s done this Rita’s is it. Chris(manager) is amazing. If you have a flavor that’s not on the list, he’ll make it. If it’s not in stock, he’ll go get it from another Rita’s, even if you tell him not to worry about it. The online list of flavors is on the website faithfully everyday which is nice because I don’t have to call and bug them. Always clean, napkins stocked, trash empty, and plenty of workers to take your order. You can’t go wrong with this Rita’s. Customer service is beyond. Thank you for all you do Chris! “Delicious! Very unique flavors (told they were more traditional Mexican flavors) as well as the usual go-to's. The staff are super friendly, took the time to explain the flavors and give samples!! The ice cream was creamy and refreshing. 10/10, definitely going back. We had Fresa con queso, tequila, mamey and a Mexican raspberry torte mix (sorry couldn't remember the name for the last one). All delicious and the portions were very generous.“

“My children came up to Chester to visit me and of course they wanted water ice being we are from Florida(St.perersburg)to be exact and we have flips and Moo Moo's which are water ice( fla style) and the flips are kool aid with fruit inside and frozen and they come in All flavors and the Moo Moo's are SOOOO delicious and during the summer which is like ALL year in St.pete it's hott and nothing hits the spot like a ice cold flip to keep you cool and hydrated so if you ALL ever visit you will see the signs everywhere in the neighbourhoods so stop in and make yourselves at home to THE SUNSHINE state and enjoy. “I grew up in Delaware and there hasn’t been a place like this until Boro Cafe came. It’s my favorite cafe now when I visit home. The vibe is a mix of French, urban, and antique. It’s clean, quiet, and spacious. Pastries and gelato are the way to go. Coffee is pretty good, but not as good as Brew Ha Ha. The food on the menu is so-so. Perfect spot though to meet up with a friend, have an interview, or just enjoy some quiet time with a book.“

“This is a nice alternative to ice cream. They have fat free and sugar free items with plenty of flavors to choose from. Even when they are busy the line moves rather quickly. Also they have every topping you can think of. Cereal pieces, candy, cookie and brownie pieces, fresh fruit and so much more.“

“I was wanting a nice treat to end my day and I was actually eying a different Rita's on the DE side of the state line. However, as I was going down Concord Pike, I happened to catch a glimpse of this particular Rita's. I decided to stop here because it also appeared to have a small inside seating area.
Rita's focuses on two items and combinations thereof - Italian ice and soft-serve custard. It's simple but very tasty. I like the soft custard as it's smooth and creamy and light. My only nit-pick is that I wish they had strawberry-flavored custard. Would be interesting to have that paired with their strawberry ice flavors. Their Italian ice is very juicy and tasty and I love the flavor of their mango ice. They have a variety of flavors that rotates as well as seasonal flavors. Gelatis are one of the best ways to experience both as it's layers of both the Italian ice and their custard which blend together nicely (so much so they also offer the two blended together as a drink).
This particular location has a small dining area inside with a couple tables and a couple tables outside. Nothing much but if you want to enjoy your treat right there, it's possible. The service I had today was great. The person manning the counter had a great personality and was very personable.
If you are wanting a cold treat but maybe not the usual ice cream,
hunt down a local Rita's and give their fare a try.“

“We hired Bruster's Catering for our wedding dessert and it was a HIT!! Derrick was fun and so easy to work with. As the bride, I was running around and wrapped up in the amazing day, and he personally found me to ensure I had some ice cream. Talk about going the extra mile!! Would definitely recommend as a fun wedding alternative to cake.“
