“This is a great Starbucks and staff is friendly and food is always good. However I saw something 2 days ago that I feel needs to be corrected. A girl who was handling the window , taking money was also making sandwiches and she was touching the sandwich with her hands. First the person who is handling money and touching that speaker to take orders SHOULD NOT be making sandwich’s and touching with her bare hands.. Whoever is dealing with food should be wearing gloves. The staff should wear gloves. That’s my only complaint and I hope management see this and correct it.“

“I went to the westown Starbucks last night and had a wonderful experience! The baristas were super sweet and I felt bad for coming in so late because it was before closing but they let us use the restroom and the wifi so I could get my application submitted! Shout out to Mk, Steven, and Miranda for being so amazing!“

“Went through the drive-thru today and the girl at the window working this afternoon was just so nice and pleasant that I wanted to leave a review. It isn’t very common you see people pleasant and nice in the drive-thru these days! I didn’t catch her name, but just wanted to give a 5 stars for service! Being kind goes a long way! My iced coffee & has browns were just as I like it too.“

The drive-thru moved incredibly fast, and the staff at the window was cheerful and efficient. I ordered a classic hot coffee alongside a couple of fresh, glazed donuts, and everything was perfectly prepared, hot, and delicious. The coffee had that signature smooth flavor that hits the spot every single time, and the pastries were soft and sweet. It is a fantastic, dependable highway pit stop to grab a quick breakfast and a great caffeine fix before hitting the road for another long drive.“
