“I just love the food here. I remember Carmen being here for many years. For a while I had not been because of my schedule. I had a Puerto Rican friend growing up three houses away and her mother would invite me over for dinner sometime. That’s when I fell in love with the way Puerto Rican food tastes. So when I eat the Stewed Chicken from Carmen’s in reminds me of when I first tasted Puerto Rican food years ago. Carmen is very friendly and so are her staff. It’s a very clean place and I would recommend this place to anyone who loves ethnic food.“

“Visiting from NC and my friend says we are going to have "the best" birria tacos...walked in as they opened, were greeted and served by Beyonce. Great little place...clean, bright and welcoming.
The food....beef empanada and queso birria tacos with consume....ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! the empanada was crispy, meaty and served with a delish sauce. The tacos were PACKED with meat, had incredible flavor and the consume....well lets just say ...can I get a consume IV....truly THE BEST I've ever had.“
