“I recently visited Leona's Cucina and the customer service is excellent—the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. However, there is a recurring issue with order consistency. Specifically, when you pay for extra toppings or items, you consistently do not receive the extra portions you paid for. While I enjoy the atmosphere, the order accuracy and value for money need to be addressed. I am hopeful that they will improve very quickly, as the service team is great, but the kitchen execution needs to match their standard.“

My husband and son ordered Uncle Charlie's Special ( the sub ) and both said it was scrumptious. From the first time I tasted their food I told them they have a loyal customer for life. They not only meet our expectations, they exceed them. I don't care what day or time we come in the food is always mouthwatering unlike many other restaurants whose dishes are continuously inconsistent. “The only reason I’m leaving a 4 star review is for the manager who couldn’t mind her business, I would leave 5 for my server I had tonight Tanner , he was super attentive and very sweet to my husband and I . I would leave less stars for the management or whoever the lady was who called him out for getting me a fresh salad to go , I bought never ending soup and salad , and my husbands entree came with a salad , I only had 1 soup and my husband and I shared two bowls of salad which we wanted to take the second one home but Tanner offered to give us a fresh salad because it would’ve gotten soggy which is great customer service and sweet of him. The lady called him out (probably a manager) in a super rude way, loud enough for the whole section to hear, saying “you’re not supposed to be giving out free salad” This is multi billion dollar company and you’re telling me Tanner couldn’t give us a to-go salad when I just spent $65? I hope she learns to treat the staff better. Do better manager. Darden do better.“

“Ordered 2 medium pizzas for delivery directly through the restaurant. One meat lovers with pineapple... the other was veggie. Both were delicious. The dough tastes fresh made. Lots of toppings and cooked perfectly. We usually prefer more Italian herbs in our sauce but that's a personal preference.

There was one error in our order but upon calling they were apologetic and sent us a correction immediately. Delivery was fast and food was hot! Great customer service!

I have had the pleasure of dining with Chef Jerry, Bruce, John, Megan, and the terrific team in the kitchen over fifteen times in the past year, as I work in the F&B industry. La Cena has become my immediate go-to for European clients visiting North Florida with high standards for Italian cuisine.

Jerry and Bruce have carefully curated a beautiful wine list, with options for every palate preference, and you will not find pricing this good at any other restaurant. Every dish is carefully prepared with the best ingredients. Polenta, escargot, artichoke, baked clams, carpaccio, bresaola…all absolutely delicious. Fish dishes are always cooked perfectly - light, fresh, flavorful whether you prefer lighter portofino or more robust puttanesca. The pasta is out of this world. Last night I chose spaghetti carbonara, which I have overlooked in the past to try other unique options, and I’m so glad I tried it… literally the best carbonara I have ever had! Steak, chicken, and veal dishes are equally fantastic. The portions are generous without sacrificing quality, and each bite is better than the last. My favorites on the dessert menu are the cheesecake and chocolate mousse.

The food was incredible and very filling. We got the Chicago style pizza - home on the range, and it was delicious! My oldest got the “whatever” panini and LOVED it, the youngest loved that they cut his slice up for him too!
Don’t sleep on the desserts either y’all! They have a great selection made by a local baker.

All around this place is pretty amazing. Could use a little updating, but the place is old and it honestly just adds to the charm. If you’re looking for Chicago style pizza, this is the spot!
