My son eats here literally daily & comes in even more often for drinks. We enjoy the stellar customer service from such attentive & kind staff! “Me and my daughter came here on New Year's Eve. They stayed open late and we wanted to go out to eat for a mother daughter date and this was the only thing open. I hadn't been to a Panera in years. It easy to order, the food and service was nice and the employees were very nice. It was a bit cramped due to one section being closed but it was a nice time. My daughter got the chicken sandwich and I got the Caesar salad and Frontega Chicken Sandwich.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“

“Good sandwiches and how about that broccoli cheese soup? Question, though… what happened to the wild rice soup? Funny how you can find it in other Paneras, not this one… at least, you used to. Here’s the deal, I like them for good food fast. Don’t have time to stop in? Use the window and take it to go.“

“for the coffee, years ago it used to be sooo watery every single time- now the iced coffee is like cold brew level ??and the “hot coffee” isn’t hot all the time but it’s super strong and i really appreciate whoever is actually caring about the coffee here- it’s one of the main things of a shop like this- i go to other paneras almost everyday and some of them have super weak coffee so whoever is monitoring the quality here- thank you! i look forward to coming everytime cause i know how good the coffee is. the service here has definitely been extraordinary compared to the past ??“

“This is by far the friendliest and cleanest Panera we have ever eaten at I want to say a special comment about Frieda who is the server in the store . She cares about everyone and goes above and beyond to make sure each and every customer is treated right . We go here every Monday and Friday for lunch after picking our grandson up from VPK . “Food was good this time but service was non existent. We used the kiosk and then kept searching for someone to hand us our cups. Mean took almost 15 minutes fir 2 pick 2 sandwiches and salads but they were as ordered. We bused our own table and had to find someone to ask for additional napkins. They're prices have just gone through the roof while limiting menu options“
“LUNCH RUSH STAFF ARE ROCKSTARS. I used the app to order food and revceived email confirmation but, turns out, the store never receive the order! I pulled up to the window and the incredible woman told me they didn't have my order but she called over the manager. I showed the manager my confirmation email and they MADE MY FOOD SO QUICKLY. Thank you all for being wonderful.“
“I bought the signature chicken sandwich and paid extra to add avocado - only to leave and open my sandwich to discover ONE single, small slice of avocado in it. Thank God I didn’t get far because I promptly called the store to make them aware of my situation and return. Bruce answered the phone and assured me that my sandwich would be remade and the appropriate amount (1/4 of a whole avocado sliced) of avocado would be put on my sandwich. I arrived and he apologized again and was so polite and kind. Would definitely visit this store again with this kind of treatment. I understand we are all humans and make mistake; so the situation being promptly corrected was greatly appreciated!“
