“Exception service, the hostess and our server Alyssa was so kind and friendly. Food was served hot and wonderful pairings. We opted to dine inside however the outside patio looked to be a fun vibe (overlooking the pool area) I would recommend this dinning experience as alternate to Salt which is also phenomenal but a more high end restaurant at the resort.“

“David's is an elegant establishment which seems to pride itself on excellent service and high quality food. They did a fantastic job working around allergies and we both had fabulous meals. The ceviche was fresh and bright, snapper light and flaky, tenderloin done to perfection. Thanks to all who made our evening out special.“

“Salt went out of their way to make our anniversary dinner memorable!!! We had a beautiful table with a printed menu that said Happy 26th Anniversary that they put in a plastic sleeve for us to take home. The service was FABULOUS! Every person who we talked to was top notch, but our waiter, Anthony, was beyond wonderful. Everyone wished us a happy anniversary and were so attentive. Best bread ever. The filet was wonderful, but the only reason we did not score a perfect 5 star for the food was the salmon dish. It was just not what we expected nor as good as we hoped. We did not get dessert because we were going to a dessert party afterwards (wanted the soufflé), but they still brought us a plate with some treat and again saying Happy Anniversary! GREAT DINNER“

“This restaurant is tucked away on a side street and looks like someone's home. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is homey. Our party had the duck, waygu beef, lamb bolognese and vegetarian entree with scallops. All were so good. Also do yourself a favor and order the Brussel sprouts appetizer. Service was friendly, professional and efficient. You won't be disappointed.“

“Adorrableee outdoor seating, with live music, and delicious food! The drunken cheesy bread is a *must* do, then I got the berry salad and it was exactly what I wanted, fresh and delicious! The tuna special that night was a 10/10 for my boyfriend. Also our server, (Jackie I think) was insanely sweet & efficient, really the best server we had on vacation there, so shoutout Jackie you’re killing it. Would love to go back!“

“We had our rehearsal dinner last night at Cafe Karibou and it was a great experience! Tim (GM) was so helpful during the full process and very responsive via email & in person. The food was really good-some of my favorites were the pasta primavera & beef medallions. The bar staff was so helpful and even during dinner, she was able to walk around to refill drinks. Definitely recommend!“

“Pogo's Kitchen is a hidden gem located at Amelia Island. I found out about this restaurant when I was looking for a venue place and this place pop up on zola, i was intrigued so I told my husband I want to go visit this place and the rest was history.Pogo's Kitchen is in the middle of Oak trees when you are driving around Amelia Island, It is closed to Omni hotel, they have plenty of parking spots so it's a win win already on that part.Food: Highly recommend, went here this past Saturday evening to have our food tasting (yes, we booked Pogo's Kitchen) for our appetizer we tried the oysters, we picked the Pogo's version and the regular version which was both pretty good! Oysters was so fresh and the seasoning they put in there was fantastic! we also got the chance to try the she crab soup which was creamy and the lump crab on the middle was perfect! as for dinner we had the braised beef, char grilled fillet and the pan seared halibut as for our sides we had fingerling potatoes, mashed potatoes, mushrooms, asparagus and we added broccolini. the favorites was the char grilled fillet and the halibut. ohhh you know the chef knows what they are doing if they did not ask you how you want your steak but when it came out it was AMAZINGLY PERFECT!, the Halibut, the freshest and juiciest fish I ever tried! as for the sides winner was the mashed potatoes, asparagus and the broccolini, but of course we have to try dessert we had the berry cobbler and the pecan tart... I was obsessed with the pecan tart! I can eat that everyday lol.all in all, i love Pogo's Kitchen, the staff are always on point. Wade did a marvelous job serving us and he was very attentive! also, this place gives a very romantic and yet elegant vibe! they have outdoor seating as well not much but they do.“

“Even though the restaurant was bustling and our service wasn't the most attentive (we noticed our waitress was a bit busy with other tables), we still had a positive experience overall. The highlights were definitely the delicious food - the Pelican punch was a refreshing standout, the gator bites were fantastic, and my Cajun chicken pasta was excellent. Plus, the prices were reasonable compared to nearby restaurants. We'll definitely be back for another try!“

“Great food and service. We arrived on Wing Wednesday, great deal on their wings and didn't hurt being early enough for Happy Hour too! Server was amazing, attentive and a fun! She encouraged the chef to make some "hot hot hot" wings, they were definitely hot hot hot, but didn't lack in flavor, well done all around!“

“Great friendly staff, good food and some of the best fresh shrimp in town. They close by 2pm and sometimes if busy the may run out of fresh shrimp, so get there early! Their coleslaw and broccoli salad are also very tasty with their own twist of flavor.“

“This place has it all: Excellent food, relaxed friendly atmosphere and reasonable prices. We’ve dined at several places on Amelia Island and felt either sick from cheap bar food or snubbed by pretentious places. Bar Zin left us full and happy. Menu choices; curry ceasar salad, shrimp and crab dip, chicken picada, scallops, snapper. Yum!“

“Had the stone crab legs, fried fish sandwich, and the corn and crab soup. The stone crab legs were chilled and tasted fresh. The sandwich had two huge pieces of fried fish which made it the biggest fish sandwich that I have ever eaten in my life. The pickled okra on top of the sandwich was also a nice touch. Everything, including the sides (potato salad, mac and cheese, and hush puppies), were all so good. The staff there were also so nice and friendly!Go there! Recommended!“

“Yes Daniel.. there is a dress code, no beach ware. This is a private club. The service is amazing. I have no idea how people are commenting on Long Point, if they are not members. If they are members their comments should be directed to the Long Point manager, who is always there for lunch and dinner. Our family loves Long Point, and I have never heard a negative comment from any Club member.“

“Sadly, Joe's 2nd Street Bistro is permanently closed as of January 1st 2024Service is always excellent at Joe's 2nd Street Bistro and food is delicious! Great place for Sunday lunch yesterday. They are carefully practicing social distancing even though it is too cold for their lovely outdoor seating. The courtyard is a treat in the summer - shaded with a tinkling fountain. House wines are nice and very fairly priced. Everything from big burgers to local shrimp entrees. Really a great place to relax and enjoy your meal.“

“The beertender was amazing and helpful and personable. I couldn't decide what I wanted, and she did not get frustrated with me at all. Instead she engaged in conversation and helped to make suggestions! We had a porter with Irish cream and it was delicious!“

“Please be aware (as I was) that there should be no expectation that an older property within a certain rate structure will present like a new property or a 5 star property. The room was clean. It had vinyl flooring and tile, which I believe is important in older facilities (meaning no carpet). They honored my advance request for a ground floor room. The "park right outside your room" feature is one of my top priorities. It was quiet in the evening, the cable and WiFi worked just fine, as did the A/C. I would have appreciated another waste basket in the room, but I made do with grocery store bags. Being somewhat particular, I typically manage my own breakfast so I cannot comment on that. For the price I paid for 4 nights on this 4th of July weekend I was satisfied, especially considering the location and what was available elsewhere. This was my basecamp for exploring Cumberland Island, the Okeefenoke and Jeckyll Island.“
“Grab and go breakfast is very convenient, chia seed pudding was very good and fresh. Blueberry muffin was good but only had a few blueberries, one blueberry had a stem attached. The breakfast grab and go was very busy around 9am. The manager came to help out since they were so busy, which was nice.“

“Loved the shrimp n grits better than normal with their special ingredients add. Cakes made by Carolyns are moist and delicious by the slice or whole cake: coconut, red velvet, keylime, Pina colada, chocolate, Italian wedding, Boston cream, German chocolate!! And the absolute best must have is grilled biscuit!! Melt in your mouth good! Stacy was always helpful and had an apron filled with all colors of markers!“

“A Culver's "First-timer" is what I was. Now I will loyally get food from here every time I pass by. The staff was the most pleasant and respectful that I've experienced since a 5-star luxury resort. I consider myself a Reuben connosieur, and although it wasn't an option for this review, Culver's Reuben is the BEST I have EVER had! Hands down. And, inside the Yulee location at least, there are cozy little niches to enjoy your meal. Best "Fast Food" experience ever??“

“Here's another restaurant added to my favorite restaurant to go back to in downtown Amelia Island. Amazing view of water topped it off with a nice lunch and friendly crews. My husband had the shrimp po boy and I had the Buffalo shrimp salad, both are exquisitely tasty. I also tried the crab hush puppies- I tasted a touch of crab in it but I was expecting more of crabs. But overall, I liked what ww ordered. The nice view and tasty food made it very easy for me to rate it 5 star. With an appetizer (crab grit au gratin) and 2 meals plus 3 drinks totalled $97 without tip.“

“First time there. I ordered the filet special to go and was beyond delighted with the quality, freshness of the vegetables and flavoring on every item in the dinner. It was DELICIOUS! Far better than a few other places, in the same range of food type, locally. I could not recommend it more.“

“We have always gone to the location on Jekyll Island. We were craving some Wee Pub and saw they had a location closer so we road tripped up for dinner. I had the Dublin Attorney (Blackened shrimp, pasta, whiskey cream sauce, green onion, bacon, garlic toast) and my dining companion had the Shepard Pie (really Cottage Pie as it's made with beef). We ended our evening splitting the Butter Pecan Bread Pudding which is amazing.“

“The service was WONDERFUL. everyone was so super sweet and our food got to us in such a quick time with it being so busy. The inside IS a little small and can get crowded extremely quickly but that doesn't take away that the food was amazing and the workers were kind.“

“I will start by saying this restaurant/brewery is all about location: right in the heart of historic downtown Fernandina Beach. The outdoor seating is great for people watching and enjoying the beautiful weather. Our server was wonderful: attentive and friendly. The food was your basic pub fare. My son's buffalo wings were on the dry side and my salad was your basic Cobb. I got a flight of 4 beers (2 I first requested were unfortunately out). I found the beer to be ok- nothing stood out about it and made me want to try a full pour. There was a great selection of cocktails, which I now wish I had selected instead of the beer.“

“My friend and I went in on a monday night, around 7:30pm. Our waitress toya was very busy but amazing! she checked on us constantly and made sure our glasses were never empty. On top of that, she pre-ordered chips and salsa before she even greeted us. There’s a big difference between doing your job and getting the job done and she really showed she could get it done!!“

“I am always hesitant to try hotel restaurants but after coming here I was so impressed. The food was exceptional and presentation is lovely. I had arrived back to Omni late, so I had dinner an hour before closing time. The baked oysters were the most delicious I’ve ever had from any place. The shrimp and grits so hearty. My stomach was so happy. I highly recommend you have at least one meal here during your stay at Omni Resort.“

“Enjoyable breakfast, we sat outside, and the birds were a bit harassing as were the speakers to ward off the birds. It didn't seem to work. The service was excellent, and the bloody Mary was spot on. For breakfast, it's very pricey as you're paying for the whole experience. It's worth a visit.“
