The blue martini was perfect as was the raspberry mocha espresso martini. Had the calamari, and red snapper, my husband had the NY Strip and mashed potatoes. Everything was top notch, perfectly cooked and left me full!“

I had to get most of it to go but The few bites I had were quite good. It was Roughly $35 a person but that also included appetizers drinks & side salads, so not bad price wise The service was great so Thank you to our Server Amanda for that. The restaurant was lively & a little noisy but that's normal for any Applebee's. Overall a good dining experience. We will be back.“

We were vacationing in Anna Maria for our 10th year and Beach Bistro was recommended for my birthday outing.
We called ahead and found that you have 2 choices here- the 4 course Dinner in main dining room- or- a la carte from bar area.
We chose the latter.
It was beautiful in looks right off. Old wood, low ceilings etc. Very warm and inviting!

Greeted by our bartender who was so gracious and kind.
Led us through anything we asked and made a fabulous drink !
We enjoyed those 2 hours more than we could say.
The food was one good bite after another !
We started with a fresh salad, then an appetizer of shrimp & crab which were perfect.
Entree was Lobster tail and Grouper. All fantastic!
The dessert was vanilla ice cream rolled in pralines topped with slivered almonds and Frangelica!
Still thinking of that now!

Cannot wait to go back next year as this is our new place to be !“

“This is THE SPOT. Wow! Their famous Chicken and biscuit was so delicious, juicy and flavorful. Home fries….yes! Kids had Mickey Mouse pancakes and yes, I snuck a few bites. Highly highly recommend me & my husband we’re first timers to this metro diner we ordered the San Francisco Benedict’s & the breakfast burger honestly never had food that tasted so good eggs were perfect burger cooked perfect seasoned fries AMAZING avocado tomato were FRESH METRO DINER JUST GOT TWO REGULARS FOR LIFE!!! They could stand to clean their a/c return vents and probably replace the filters, otherwise it was a very clean restaurant including the bathrooms. The marina could use some work and it’s not as fancy as other places around, but we come back year after year and rent a slip and storage May-August solely because of Harley. He is always a joy to interact with, honest and hardworking. He addresses any issue or concern with haste, makes us feel like family every summer and is always super accommodating to my handicapped father when he comes with us to the marina which means the world to us. Can’t say enough good things about him!“

Parking: Parking on 1 side of the restaurant is okay and well enough spaces.. other side is a cluster fk with cars pulled ahead everywhere on each side of the drive thru and it's kinda insane but that's what happens when you want fresh to order food!!! 😝🤤🍔🍦 🍨👍🏼“
