The aroma from the kitchen activated my taste buds, as I stared mesmerized by the extensive menu. Finally, I decided to go for the “Diesel Sampler”. The brisket was so succulent that it melted in my mouth. The ribs fell from the bone with such flavor that no sauce was necessary—the pulled pork I used to sample the homemade sauces. As I was told, the sauces will soon be available in the local supermarkets (as I can attest to becoming a family staple). Needless to say, the sausage, chicken, and sides all met with the same flavorful standards. Ending my meal with a dessert, I enjoyed the peach cobbler and shared a nibble of key lime cake with my date. It was an enjoyable afternoon, sharing special time with loved ones in a loving environment, dining on food prepared by Papa Diesel, who loves to cook for folks, and making them feel at home!“

Not only were the food options great and easily accommodated our dietary requests, but they were such a pleasure to work with. Every idea I had that "out of the norm" was never criticized. It was always met with a "Oh yeah, we can definitely do that." I got great compliments on the food by our guests. The grilled salmon with creamy dill and the lemon garlic orzo were my personal favorites! Not only were they the favorites when we were selecting caterers, but they were also the most affordable. Definitely worth their pricing! If you are using them for a major event, GET THE DAY OF COORDINATION. I literally cannot recommend Kayleigh enough. I have a "Type A" personality and planning events is part of my every day job. Especially because I put so much personal work into my wedding, I had a hard time giving the reins over to someone else. The day I met Kayleigh in person, that anxiety went away. She was incredible with everything I threw her way leading up to the wedding and her and Bree were amazing day of. They are both so kind, organized, and genuinely made me forget about the stress of everything and enjoy the day. Easily the best money I spent on my wedding.“
