“The food was a solid 10/10—everything tasted great. Unfortunately, the customer service was subpar. Stephanie asked for my name, and when I explained that I hadn’t ordered yet and was there to place an order, she told me to give her a minute. While I looked over the menu, she tapped her fingers on the counter to get my attention instead of simply acknowledging that she was ready. Her overall demeanor felt dismissive and unwelcoming, and she never once said “thank you.” Great food, but the customer service could definitely use improvement.“

“Hubby and I came to try Gallos Pollos on a Tuesday and it was SO good! We brought 2 more family members 2 days later and came back again today! This place is AHHHMaaaazzzzing!!! The food is delicious and so full of flavor! The steak, chicken, and carnitas are tender and juicy! The cornbread is moist and so good! The icing on the cake…is the staff!! Aaron to Joey to Anthony…they are so welcoming and very friendly! We will be back again…and again…and again!!!“
