Perfect cuts, zero ragged edges, fish that tastes alive, and knife work that shows restraint instead of ego. Wagyu lands exactly where it should — decadent, but not a blunt instrument. And the handmade pieces (the ones you eat by hand, as they should be) are absurdly good: tight rice, clean seasoning, and toppings that don't bully the fish. “I was visiting Orlando last weekend, and just started turning corners. I pulled into the gas station in Ocoee, saw the food truck, and decided to check it out. I am so glad I did. I ordered the conch fritters and cracked conch with pigeon peas and rice. The conch fritters were a bit greasy but delicious. In every bite, I was able to taste the herbs as well as the conch. The sauce was amazing. The marrying of the flavors in the conch fritters and the sauce was divine. The cracked conch was perfectly fried, and the pigeon peas and rice was tasty. The next time I'm in the greater Orlando area, I will be returning.“

“I don’t know why I waited so long to write a review maybe because I know that Christners Steak House speaks for itself. My husband and I have been coming to Christners for 12 years now and it never disappoints! The food is always amazing. The filet mignon is perfectly cooked with amazing flavor every time. I recommend the crab cake and the lobster bisque to start. The service is consistently friendly, attentive, and makes you feel right at home. A very special thank you to Seth and Jordan for their great service. They truly made the experience even better.

Dessert!!!! The orange cake… absolutely amazing and the perfect way to finish the meal!!! I highly recommend Christners Steal House to anyone who loves great food and great hospitality.

“After my wife's surgery follow-up appointment today, she decided on authentic Greek cuisine as her "lollipop" for withstanding more poking & prodding. Curious about how Mykonos/Longwood would stand up to Hellas in Tarpon Springs, we ventured in. Greeted by a smiling employee we were soon seated and looking over the menu. From the time we sat, Morgan our server was excellent. Cheerful, attentive, and very polite, she treated us like we were royalty. Our appetizer was fried zucchini, very good. The rice soup and salad was perfect. When Morgan brought the entrees of lamb chops & pastitsio - we knew we had to order some for the next two days at home! Everything was fantastic. And we didn't have to go to Tarpon Springs! Instead we found our Greek home food, right here in Longwood. Be sure to ask for Morgan! And hats off to the chef!“
