“This drive thru is awful. You can be at the order station and you will sit there for about 5 minutes and they finally say I will be with you in a minute. Then they finally get to take your order a few minutes later and you drive around and you have to wait again....and this happens everytime no matter what time of day. I love dunkin but someone needs to get a handle on this one.. especially with a scooters close by.
It is a total shame to make people wait as long as they do. Also, I have left my husband innlinr and ran inside and there will be lots of people working theu just seemed confused.
Please fix it.“

“This is the best Dunkin I’ve been to in years!! I️ don’t even live in this area. But I️ was Passing through, and they made the iced coffee perfect. The worker was sooo friendly!! Whoever runs this Dunkin needs to run them all.. I️ barely get Dunkin anymore bc the coffee is usually bad and watered down. Not here!! Will be back next time I’m in town.“

“All the sheeple were clogging up the line over at Staryucks and these guys were as open as a hooker on a Friday night. They had a 'Merican menu cause I got an Extra large coffee and a glazed donut. No Vente Frappuccinos with goats milk and scone for me anymore. Hell No! Ole Dunkin will even make you a Homer Simpson donut with all the sprinkles if ya get there at the right time and don't mind a lil wait. I reckon we'll go back later for dinner cause I saw bags and bags of beans on the shelf the lady said were fresh off the roaster. Don't know how coffee bean soup will taste, but they had an exotic sounding name - arabica. Cain't Wait to Taste 'em!“

“Best Dunkin’ Donuts in Lakeland/Winter Haven area. They have multiple people working, the food tastes fresh and they have it out to you immediately every time. This location needs to help Magnolia Ave bc they are terrible and their food and drinks always taste old. Please help them!!“
