“I had a fantastic experience last night! The service is top tier--Marco and the rest of the staff are kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. I had the best beef carpaccio ever--try it, they put a unique spin on the traditional dish--followed by the baby artichoke hearts and accompanied by an amazing Swiss Pinot Noir from Lucas Madonia. One of the best dinners I've had in a while and I'm frequently out. Highly recommend this quirky and cool restaurant!”

She suggested us to half our burgers, and it was the best idea ever because I enjoyed both burgers did not know which one I liked more than the other the Dubai sauce also is to die for oh my gosh!!

“This place is awesome and serves legit Japanese food! The sushi was so fresh, it reminded me of the sushi place I've been to in Japan. I do wish they offered free hot Matcha like they do in Japan. Either way, their food was awesome and service was quick at the time we went. I was only able to take 📸 of the Matcha Ube dessert, but the sushi was so phenomenal we couldn't resist but to just dig in as soon as it was served! Kampai to more legit Asian restaurants in Miami!”

“Truly remarkable. We enjoyed the 9-course tasting menu with the wine pairing and waygu enhancement, putting dinner at $375pp including tax and tip. Worth every penny. Our primary server, Gabriela, was fantastic although several other staff members delivered our dishes, including both managers and a member of the chef’s team. I enjoyed the variance as it allows one to meet several members of the staff. Of the nine wines there was one I didn’t care for so, when asked how I liked it and said, “not so much” it was immediately replaced with a choice between two fine wines. It’s in these moments you understand the staff are true professionals providing the best dining experience possible. Gabriela, or Gaby as she prefers to be called, is a true professional The only marks against is the dress code. One gentleman at the bar was in a T-shirt and a baseball cap. Later two gentleman sat at a high top near the door, both in baseball caps. Also, the bartender was wearing a tank-top with the back cutout, something one would expect at a beach bar. The stark contrast between she and the very smartly dressed manager, Jonathan Smith, in a suit and tie, was noticeable. I’m old school dining with my 94 year old father who is really old school so my critique of attire when we’re only here for dinner may seem displaced. My apologies. For anyone looking for a remarkable dining experience in Miami Beach I highly recommend Stubborn Seed. You will leave full and an experience you’ll remember forever”

Had the Chicken Paillard which came in a very generous portion with roasted potatoes and an arugula salad and it was super tasty and fresh.
