“This location is good, but just want to say, one of your employees just tried to start a fight with me at the gas pump while in Firehouse uniform. I pumped gas, and then had to go inside and wait in line for my receipt, when i get back to my car, she is mad and questioning me on why my car was at the pump. Kicking up a fuss and threatening over nothing. Probably not the best public image, since she was in uniform and either going to or leaving work. She sucks, but your location is great!“

“My husband and I both had a very busy afternoon with appointments. It had been raining all day-we were both cold from being in and out of the rain, and we were hangry! We wanted something quick and decided on Firehouse Subs at Merchants Walk in Lakeland. Christie took my order over the phone. My husband and I both noticed how clearly, efficiently, and professionally she took our order. When I went in to pickup our order, Christie was at the register. I was able to watch as she was checking out customers. Again, she was very efficient, professional, and kind. The entire staff was busy and working making other orders. All were friendly and smiling. “The manager was training someone when I placed a mobile order instead of telling the trainee to step aside she encouraged him to keep goinh and hw will get it and kept apologizing for how long it was taking. Everyone has to start somewhere!“

“I Ordered 2 half subs online and ended up waiting a total of 45 min. The 2 people decided to get everyone else order done including the people walking in who waited no longer then 5 mins to be helped while I sat inside along with another online customer waiting for our food eventually the lady gets my food ends up being a whole mess another customer is smart mouthing me trying to rush me out to sum this all up I will never be going again😀“

“We've been coming to this subway since we moved here 5 years ago. I never thought I would write a review for here but Bonnie was just fantastic. She was accommodating and actually cared if we would like the toppings/dressings we chose. It's almost felt like I was visiting my own memaw. She was great, I hope she stays!There was a young lady that was working there and seemed to be training. She was very sweet. It was nice seeing employees there that knew what they were doing.“

“All of the employees are super nice and try to get your order done as fast as possible even though the oven has been broken for quite some time. This seems like a really big issue on the management's side of things. The last time I went in, the girls who were working were so nice and helpful, they were chatting with customers and they were getting all the orders done very quickly (plus my sandwich was delicious).“

Every staff member, with whom I interacted, was very personable, and their service was good.I was fortunate enough to meet, and briefly converse with, the General Manager -- a VERY young, hardworking, and seemingly bright young lady! Kudos to her and the staff for the overall operation of this shop, and to her, personally, for accomplishing so much, at such a young age!

Vegetarian options: The Veggie (#6 on 8- or 16-inch sub roll, or 1" Thick Wheat/ 7-grain sliced bread) with FRESHLY cut vegetables, provolone cheese, and avocado is the BEST VEGGIE sandwich I've ever had! I can't get enough of it, and would eat one EVERY DAY, if I could!!“
