“This Dunkin’ may be small, but the staff makes it feel big with their friendliness and great service. The drinks are always spot-on, and honestly, I think this location outshines the one that’s closed for renovations. Fantastic job, team—keep up the great work!“
“I have to say the staff here is amazing. This place stays super busy with a staff of 6 people it is incredible how they all work as one machine in perfect harmony taking orders, preparing them, greeting customers as they arrive. The place is kept clean even though one can expect it not to be since they are so busy.
To the owners, this is a great team you have here. I visit several food places, not only Dunkin Donuts and I can tell you this team you have in the mornings are super stars. Don't ever neglect them. Fining this quality of employees is very rare now-a-days.
If the system would allow me to give them 10 stars, I would.

“Excellent service, located in Bethesda hospital East lobby!!! Rudolph, Rere, and Bri were VERY good and provided great customer service. All of the customers waiting along with us were commenting on how professional, accommodating and friendly they were. I travel a lot and stop at DDs throughtout the country. They were by far, some of the best employees I've encountered. Thanks so much for the great customer service!“
“Easily one of the best Dunkin' Donuts I've been to since moving to Florida 10 years ago. This place is always clean, the staff is attentive and kind. This Dunkin' is setting the gold standard for places in our area, and there are a lot of store managers/owners who could learn a lot from the people who work here!“
“always great, kinda inconsistent sometimes and a little slow but overall good place to get your coffee. Sometimes waiting around for the food to be made can take a little while so patience is definitely needed.

“10/28 at 5:30pm shift the two guys were super great with customer service & patience, and my coffee was excellent!!! Usually the young crew mess up my coffee always at other locations, but this location gets it right every time!!!! Thank you to the two young men for your good energy and fabulous customer service and taking the time to make my medium butter pecan coffee two pumps of liquid sugar shot of espresso and cold foam with caramel drizzle lol 😂 it was perfect“
“I saw a lot of one star reviews for this place however that was not my experience. The staff were working vigilantly especially with the long drive thru line. Our orders were done correctly so I have no complaints. I would definitely come back again. The place was also very neat.“

I'd like to update my review for the young lady by the Sierra. She motivates me by her unprecedented and unilinear work ethic. Seeing her handle the volume of the establishment while executing with grace, love and precision needs to be studied and emulated across this entire country of the United States of America. She deserves every opportunity that is coming her way, and that's a covenant between myself and the Lord. She is protected and has been noticed by myself and Raymond Joseph McGuire. Her warmth has to be what the Garden of Eden was like.“
“❗MUST READ ... January 2024 ... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ... these are hard to find ... AND SO WORTH the search ... a great doctor, a great teacher, a great friend, a great partner, a great mentor, etc ...and also really outstanding Customer Service ...JOSH ... is the gentleman who helped me out at 7:30 am ... and this young man is taking care of four customers in-line ... two additional customers picking up (pre-ordered) and his colleague lady co-hort at the baking breakfast station making it ALL HAPPEN ❗and my order included a "Cup-of-Joe" + a 12 assorted donut box ...Very swift ... polite ... and thoroughly detailed ... shared with me the costs and the better options to choose for my order ... WHILE also letting the other customers know "in just a few more minutes I will be done with the gentleman and you are next ... thank you for waiting ...JOSH is also the "owner" of the establishment and that aligned perfectly with the service he was providing ...May all his team share in his manner and style to make sure the customer is appreciated ... receives what they ordered ... and experience an outstanding Customer Service and really great fresh hot coffee ❗“
“An above average Dunkin' Donuts for a small little place.The staff is very polite, efficient and accurate. The coffee nice hot and tasty.Not much in the way of seating, but I'm a carry-out sort of guy. A bit of a limited selection of baked goods, likely due to the limited wall space. But what was there was very fresh and appetizing.Unlike some other D&D's, the promotional specials were visible right at the register.It's in the Whitworth Farms strip mall, so there is some competition with nearby eateries, etc., for parking, but you can usually find a spot close enough.“
“I just went a little while ago to this location. Yes... it was early. Little after 5am and I must say, the gentleman at the counter was very pleasant and kind. To starting the day that early and the service he is giving is refreshing. I wish I knew his name so I could have directly thanked him for his warm welcome and customer service. Great job!!!!!“
