This team member went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect. They patiently answered all my questions about the menu and even offered some great recommendations. When I decided to try the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, they made sure it was prepared just the way I liked it. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the customers were evident throughout the interaction.

When I mentioned that I was having a rough day, they took the time to offer some encouraging words and even brought my meal to my table with an extra Chick-fil-A sauce, saying, "This one's on me, just to make your day a little better."
