“I had a great experience on 41 recently. The 2 older gentlemen at the register were helpful AND funny as hell. The lady server delivered the sandwich/salad tray quickly to my dine-in table.
I forgot a work notebook at my table and left CFA. When I returned to CFA, my work notebook on top of the clean table.
Kudos!“
“I’m pregnant and craving sweet tea like nobody’s business, so I stopped by Chick-fil-A this morning. I ordered my usual sweet tea, but when I drove off I realized it was unsweet. Cue the pregnancy sadness 😅
I went back through the drive-thru, and the girl who helped me was truly the sweetest. She had red-ish hair, was very pretty and young, and she immediately ran back inside to grab me a fresh sweet tea. She even gave me a free meal card without me asking. It absolutely made my day.
Huge thank you to her and this Chick-fil-A team for turning my morning around and making my day. Amazing customer service!“
“I was going to Taco Bell for a snack and realized after about 5 minutes of staring at the crew and trying to place my order in an otherwise empty dining room that I needed to leave as fast as possible.
I'm surprised that the restaurant is still standing and not engulfed in flames. Keep these people away from your food!
I'm glad that I came over to Chic-Fil-A.
The restaurant was very clean. The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious. The staff gave me hope in humanity once again. Amanda was the cashier and was right on top of things.
The staff didn't have pants hanging below their butts. What a wonderful experience!
I only wish there were more locations in Sarasota.
A+“
“I love this location even more. I just sat down for breakfast and just as I finished the store manager asked one of his employees about his test and the employee responded with 4 A's. This made my heart melt in a way I didn't know I needed. I saw compassion from a Manager to an employee I haven't seen in awhile. It made me cry. It gave me hope there are still good people in the world and they are right in this store. Keep up the great work!“
