“Marcus and Karl are amazing very professional always smiling always quick service and they always thank you for being loyal customer. There is not enough that can be said no matter how many people are in line it moves quickly and the food is always cooked to perfection. Dunkin’ needs to clone these two. I stop here every night for my coffee and usually the first thing I get a chance to eat all day. The other day I was far way and went to another location and had the worst service ever. I will drive out of my way just to go to this location. Because of these gentleman and the service they provide.“
“Workers are nice. I would order here quite a bit before work but recently my matcha and chai lattes have been tasting like coffee ?? I like Dunkin matcha and chai cause they have good flavor compared to Starbucks and my body can’t handle coffee so I drink that instead but I keep getting both in my drink by surprise 😭“

“I think this location has new staff now because they've been on point the last few times I've ordered here. I always order through the app and they have my order ready when I arrive. Love the bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel and the new Dunkalatte! The ladies who take care of my order in the morning are lovely and provide great service. Keep up the excellent work! I tell all my friends this Dunkin' is the best one in town and will always get it right.“
“Dunkin on Manatee and 55th is the BEST I’ve ever been to in my life!!! “Ordered from the app thinking it would be faster. But the drive thru lane is the same lane for app purchases! So we would have to wait behind the people ordering their food. What is the benefit of ordering with the app? My wife went inside and picked up our coffees so we would get to church in time. If I wasn't addicted to Dunkin coffee I would give it lower stars.
Parking: Small lot but not usually crowded.“
