“Warm but not fresh food. Iced coffee was ordered with 1 sugar, was made as 100 sugar. Had to get it remade. The app specifically says how many sugars, cream, flavors. Would be nice if they'd pay attention. Instead of being rude when they have to make it again.“

“The employee in the drive thru (manager said name is Ace) made my night! I was in a bad mood and her positive attitude turned it around. The manager even made me laugh, I wish I had asked her name. The food was hot and fresh! I am thankful this is my neighborhood McDonald's. The staff have always been friendly! This is not always the case at OTHER McDonald's! Keep doing what yall doing at this location.“

“I went in this morning to McDonald’s. I love your coffee. I could go to Starbucks, but I feel like they’ve charged me for a colonoscopy. But every now and then they don’t give it to me, correct. Frequently at some McDonald’s. By that I mean, I order it with certain way with cream and Splenda and it doesn’t come consistently in the same way. Most the McDonald’s in my area give it to me the same way every time I go. I know which McDonald’s you are but I was in a hurry.

This trip not only was it not the way I normally order it but the lids weren’t put on tightly and my car paid the price.

I think some training is in order and recalibrating Splenda dispenser, not so much the creamer dispenser.

“Been frequenting Mcds daily for the better part of 5 years especially breakfast. Need my morning coffee and theirs is solid and has been for a while. I work down the street from this location and it’s always been clutch. Even if there’s an issue which to be honest hasn’t happened to me very often Crystal (manager) or one the staff always make it right. Fast food is a tough gig to work in so much respect to her and the staff doing their best to make it right daily. Appreciate you guys!“

“Went through the driveway at 5am and ordered 4 sausage McMuffins and 4 hash browns. The staff at both windows were so nice (keep in mind it’s 5am) and quick. Our food came out piping hot and I can say without a doubt that was the best meal I’ve ever gotten at a McDonald’s.“
