“I asked for a cheeseburger and I got bread and meat with two pickles and a little bit of onions no cheese it was cold my son was angry meaning I had to take my son to Chick-fil-A he told me not to take him back to this McDonald's no more who serve somebody cold food I didn't get my drink that I ordered poor poor poor service cold fries that's been sitting on the side never again“

“As both a DoorDasher and a customer, it is always a pleasure to be here. The service is fast, the lobby is clean, and the food is consistently excellent.

In contrast, the locations at SR-64 (Sheriff’s Office) and 301 in Ellenton leave much to be desired and could certainly use this one as an example to follow.“

“I don't really care for McDonald's especially after their price increase and how they treat employees but the employees here are very helpful, quick and get your order correct. Definitely come to this one instead of other locations, plus their sweet tea is really good!“

“I went in this morning to McDonald’s. I love your coffee. I could go to Starbucks, but I feel like they’ve charged me for a colonoscopy. But every now and then they don’t give it to me, correct. Frequently at some McDonald’s. By that I mean, I order it with certain way with cream and Splenda and it doesn’t come consistently in the same way. Most the McDonald’s in my area give it to me the same way every time I go. I know which McDonald’s you are but I was in a hurry.

This trip not only was it not the way I normally order it but the lids weren’t put on tightly and my car paid the price.

I think some training is in order and recalibrating Splenda dispenser, not so much the creamer dispenser.

“I went to drive thru and I was given stail fries. When it was brought to manager Tito's attention he did awesome in delivering back fresh fries with my ice coffee I ordered. Impressive how he handled my complaint. Great customer service especially with management.“

“Went through the driveway at 5am and ordered 4 sausage McMuffins and 4 hash browns. The staff at both windows were so nice (keep in mind it’s 5am) and quick. Our food came out piping hot and I can say without a doubt that was the best meal I’ve ever gotten at a McDonald’s.“
