We ordered fried oysters, French fries, and cheese grits, and everything was absolutely delicious. The oysters were fried to perfection, crispy on the outside yet tender and flavorful inside. The cheese grits were just the way I like them—nice and thick—and the fries were a great complement to the meal. Even better, our food arrived quickly and fresh. Our waitress, Lilly, was fantastic, providing friendly and attentive service. We also appreciated how the rest of the staff greeted us warmly as we walked through the restaurant. “First time ever going here but the food is AMAZING! It was so good! Probably the best seafood boil I’ve had. Some of the down sides about my experience was the atmosphere can be very overwhelming. It’s REALLY loud in there. Too much happening at one time. There is a lady that comes to your table and has you posed for pictures which was really awkward but on the plus side you get a free picture. Also our waitress which I think was named Cynthia, was not great. We ordered an appetizer that we never got until probably 20 minutes after our food, we barely saw her ever, had to get her attention when she passed by to get drink refills. Anything we asked her to bring us we had to wait minimum 15 minutes to get if not longer. I would definitely eat here again but probably to go only.“

“Just returned from a great short trip to Bradenton Fl. Had a chance to visit here briefly. Wasn't sure what to expect due to some negative reviews. As a veteran server myself, I was very impressed with the food quality and service as well as the view. Started out with Cajun shrimp. Yum! Onto Pasta Primavera. Cooked perfectly. I always say all diners should have to do this job double shift just for one day. I totally recommend this restaurant while in the area.“

“A very pleasant surprise that we stumbled upon. We decided to drive back into IMG at the 53rd Street entrance. We found the Legacy hotel. That’s where we found the cozy Icon grill. It happened to be happy hour an appetizers were half off along with drink specials. The food was excellent and we have shared this special place with many friends. The atmosphere was a bit loud since it sits almost in the hotel lobby. The outside is quiet and beautiful, sitting on a small lagoon.“

What this says for our Nation I can’t say for sure, but you can still get a womping, tasty, and fairly priced meal at this great bradenton Chinese buffet.
