“I discovered this place by chance yesterday (August 9, in the afternoon) after eating at another restaurant in the same plaza. I saw they sold beverages and decided to give it a try — the menu options looked amazing! I ended up ordering food too, and it was so delicious that I came back again this morning (August 10) for breakfast.

The ladies who attended me both days were incredibly kind and welcoming. On both visits, one of them even tried to make a heart in my cappuccino, which was such a sweet touch. The food is fresh and full of flavor, and the atmosphere makes you feel right at home.

I’m officially obsessed with this place! If you have the chance to try it, go — you won’t be disappointed.“

I am not a coffee drinker, at all. I left this one all up to Mrs. HFG. She thought it was good. It was rich and creamy but didn't have that certain flavor she likes looking for. It was pricey. I can't really say much more on it. You'll have to ask her questions! 😁“

“In travelling for work I have visited many a Starbucks but none of them compare to this particular Starbucks location. I have never received such amazing, friendly, timely, and perfect service from any Starbucks. The staff here is AMAZING!!!!! They are always on point, never missing a beat with orders. Every customer is greeted with such enthusiasm and after just one or two visits I was greeted by my first name as soon as I walked in the door. I typically use mobile ordering and after one week in Brandon my order was waiting for me and regardless of who was there to make sure I received the order I was met with a smile behind the masks. I spent almost six months in Brandon for work and this Starbucks location made it bearable for me to be away from home each and every week. ☺️😊 To each and every employee here, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for what you do each and every day, for your kindness, and for just being nothing short of AWESOME!!!!“

“Even though they were busy, they kept the lines moving. The beverages were exactly how I ordered them. The smiles flowed, as mroe customers entered thoughout my stay. I took time to catch up on reading for work and sipped my iced tea. The tables were clean and music was not blaring so I could focus on my studies at hand. For a well traveled SR 60, the staff appeared to communicate effectively and stayed calm even when lines were long. I definately will return to this location when I am in the area.

Parking: The drive thru line did block some parking spots briefly. Then as the line moved, I was able to park easily.“

“HUGE shout out to Amanda and the AMAZING Baristas and staff at the Starbucks in Valrico at Mt Carmel & 60. I came in with a big order (9 drinks) as a treat for our schools Preschool teachers, and the Baristas & staff tackled it even amid the busy morning crowd they already had. They all had smiles and were SO helpful. Order was great and fast for as many drinks as I had! Your team made my Preschool teachers' day!!!!!!“
