“We came here twice during our recent trip to Orlando because of how good it was. The owner is very generous; he let us try a bunch of flavors without hesitation before deciding; it's refreshing to be welcomed with a smile and treated hospitably these days. The flavors are AMAZING and the Italian ice is very light on the stomach which makes for a great evening dessert for the entire family. The prices are also very good for the quality which encouraged me to get a bigger cup with more flavors ? and even get seconds during one of our visits so we could enjoy more flavors ?. Highly recommend; we would come all the time if we lived here.

Kid-friendliness: The owner was very kind and playful with our daughter. He happily offered her several sample spoons before she ultimately decided on "the pink one" as always.“

“Stopped by for a sweet treat and were pleasantly surprised. Ice cream was delicious, lots of flavors and toppings to choose from. They also have games and fun things for the kids (and adults). They also have Popsicles in all flavors to take home and enjoy later or for on the go.

“My daughter is very picky with ice cream and saw a Facebook ad requesting we go. We went and ordered 4 different things in the hopes she’d eat something. She finished her entire ice cream and literally gave it a thumbs up. Usually she eats 1-2 bites and says she’s done. My 2 year old swapped between his and mine because he couldn’t decide what was better. My husband finished his first and doesn’t usually eat ice cream. We got strawberry sorbet, Greek yogurt, Belgium chocolate, chocolate hazelnut Oreo-one was made into a sandwich nothing but deliciousness!“

“Went there off the Sunrail, wanted to try a new place. Ordered two Cheese Steak Combos, and were shocked how good they were. Ma is from Philly and she said that's the closest to down home Philly she had ever had in Florida.. The staff were all friendly asking how the food was and to let them know if we needed anything. Place is outdoor dining but have many large fans running. 103°f Heat Index on 08/12/2024 yet the fans kept us comfortable. Anytime we head to Kissimmee on the Sunrail we got a new stop.“

“This was my first time at Bacio. What an awesome experience. I was greeted upon entry, and explained the menu. They had a huge selection of flavors. i chose praline pecan, banana pudding, pistachio & lemon sorbet. All were amazing! The service provided by Natalia & Emma was stellar. “The gelati is amazing as always, but when we arrived the lights were off like it was closed. I went around and opened the employees only door and called out for the workers because a number of people were frustrated and ready to leave. Eventually two girls emerged from the back and turned on the lights and served us. They were rude about me trying to get their attention but we’d driven 20 minutes each way to be there.“

It has nilla wafers in it it’s sooooo good! 😊 Sophia helped us tonight she’s super friendly and very sweet. This was at the Kissimmee location and you don’t get good customer service in that area so it was a pleasant surprise! “What a treat it was to visit my fellow Mexican ice cream shop. They had plenty of associates on the clock, were polite and very friendly They were indeed! I claim good energies and I absolutely will come back to enjoy some other flavors they had available. I believe that this area is still undergoing a lot of concrete development. we need more underground companies like this one stepping forward it shows us that anybody can make it inside this tough economy even selling ice cream. “I love menchies, it’s a self serve frozen yogurt place where you can add your own toppings and pay by weight. The workers are always in the back but are nice enough and the place is normally quite clean.

“The Ruby Plaza Cafe by Limbhelados is a really great little eatery. It’s listed as an ice cream shop and they do have very good soft serve cones and cups. The also serve a variety of fresh homemade empanadas in several fillings, churros and other nice snacks. The people are super friendly and accommodating and the covered open air seating is great.
