“My daughter is very picky with ice cream and saw a Facebook ad requesting we go. We went and ordered 4 different things in the hopes she’d eat something. She finished her entire ice cream and literally gave it a thumbs up. Usually she eats 1-2 bites and says she’s done. My 2 year old swapped between his and mine because he couldn’t decide what was better. My husband finished his first and doesn’t usually eat ice cream. We got strawberry sorbet, Greek yogurt, Belgium chocolate, chocolate hazelnut Oreo-one was made into a sandwich nothing but deliciousness!“

The owner is very friendly and nice. regular sized or jumbo dogs , you choose. I’d suggest 2 jumbos , with papas , salsa rosado , onions and relish !! Delicious and inexpensive.“

“We had such an amazing experience today! We didn’t even know Sofia would be there, so when we saw her, we were beyond excited, we hadn’t seen her in so long and missed her so much! Our kids absolutely love her, and honestly, we think our son has a little crush on her too 😄. It was super busy today, but Sofia had a huge smile on her face the entire time. She had everyone laughing and just brought the best energy. Every time Sofia tends to us, it’s like the whole experience is elevated, she has the warmest smile, such a kind heart, and truly top-tier customer service. While everyone was hanging out outside, all you could hear was people saying great things about Sofia. It’s clear we’re not the only ones who adore her. Every single time we walk in and see her, we walk out happy. Sofia is truly a pleasure, an absolute angel. And the popsicles? Delicious, as always! No cheesecake flavor this time, but honestly, it didn’t even matter, they’re all incredible. Can’t wait to come back! 🍭🤍“

“This was my first time at Bacio. What an awesome experience. I was greeted upon entry, and explained the menu. They had a huge selection of flavors. i chose praline pecan, banana pudding, pistachio & lemon sorbet. All were amazing! The service provided by Natalia & Emma was stellar. I like the way they worked together to make sure all customers were assisted (It was busy). I will certainly be back. Please go support this locally owned establishment.“

Randomly found this ice cream shop on a Friday and was greeted by the kindest employee along with the sweet smell of fresh ice cream as soon as he opened the window. Sivan had a very positive attitude & a warm spirit that made my experience memorable. As mentioned before the ice cream is also tasty & there’s shaded seating available. I’ll definitely come again!“

“We LOVE Menchie's for a special occasion or on an excruciatingly hot Florida day, as there are numerous wonderful flavors and toppings. Today the blueberries were the best blueberries I've ever had, where do you find such good blueberries?! Every time I have visited this location, there have never been any issues. The flavors were all available, they allow samples, the toppings are fresh. Vegan options are also offered! Thanks menchies :-)“

“Best and largest variety of real ice cream flavors to choose from that I know of in this area for sure! And it was delicious!! A bit pricey but so is every thing these days, only item I wasn’t a big fan of was the strawberry and something milkshake, it was okay but small in size and most expensive out of everything we ordered. Will definitely be back for more delicious ice cream cones and horchata in the near future! Also staff was friendly!“

All the employees serve the clients and sometimes you get your ice cream and need to wait to pay for your order because the employee is getting orders from other customers. As the store is located in Icon Park, lines are already expected because a lot of people go there at the same time. But the employees are friendly and let you try the flavors before you make your order.“
