“8-27-26 7pm: late night at work craving a good salad. Although I’ve selected the location only a couple times the app was easy to order from and add extras. GOOD Salads in Florida are a rarity especially from a drive thru. Service was quick but with a less than respectable food presentation at the drive up window. Seems to be a history of “too many attitudes” from reviews. A long way off from Chic-fil-a courtesy. Regardless of employee attitude, whomever prepare this order did excellent. Give them a raise! Best salad in a longtime.“

“I love coming to PoFolks .Unfortunately, I don't get to do that much. see, l live in CT. but, every time I come down to visit my son an daughter-in-law I make sure that one of our first stops is at your restaurant. really good food,and prices are good too. as for your staff,they are the best. Always pleasant and good at showing that good 'Ole southern hospitality. a great place to eat. wish you had a restaurant in CT. I'd be telling everyone to go there.“

“This place always exceeds my expectations. Their staff is highly trained in the customer service arena, always smiling, greeting you, they know their menu and upsells so perfectly.
The remember your name and what you normally order. They even have snacks for you dogs.

Their menu is always perfectly prepared, nobody's biscuits can compare, perfectly cooked chicken, salads are so good and always fresh. Whenever I'm having a bad day I go here and leave feeling like the Queen I am.

“I had lunch here today about 1 pm and while I had no problem ordering and picking up my order, an elderly man using a cane ordered, took seat and when his name was called he went up to pick up his order on the west side of the counter. The woman giving out orders yelled "sir come to the pick up sign." He said it is difficult to walk can I pick it up here. She very rudely replied NO. Fortunately, a good samaritan in the pick up line got the order and took it took the gentleman. I know you have new practices but this was just rude and I have never experienced this before and it was obvious several other guests were shocked also. I will go back to chick Fill A but I think Truet Cathy would not appreciate this kins of service“

“Chick-fil-A, Please *NEVER* take your grilled chicken wrap off of the menu. It is SO GOOD. I've had one 4 days in a row now, 😂 and it's become the only healthy option for me. Now the price is LOFTY, so... I shall take a break this weekend. I've been unwell for a long time since we (whole fam) caught COVID in mid-August. We don't have it now, just can't crush the lingering symptoms. With that said, the crunch from the dark greens & taste of your grilled chicken and the wrap itself? It's perfection. I don't even use 1/5 of the Garden Ranch dressing. Just a little bit because it's already amazing. If prices get too high to keep it on the menu, maybe make it only 1 pack of dressing per wrap, as 2 is way too much. I have a few packs of it in my refrigerator. I just wanted to give credit where it is due, as complaining seems to dominate these days. Also, the DAY CREW Stanford Station Chick-fil-A in Panama City, Florida is great! Please do not lose the wonderful lady who is always so kind to me & my daughter. She is the epitome of the best. We were there after school today, so i think it was some time between 2:30-3:30. My daughter is 10, and she sees and hears people being mean often, but she even said, "I love that lady. She's so nice." That speaks volumes. Keep up the excellent customer service & please do not make the wrap disappear on me. Thank you so much!“

“The green salad with cut up fried chicken tenders was very good. The salad that included lettuce, tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, fried onions, carrots and croutons was filling. My son had the chicken sandwich which he ranked as extremely good. He also had a chicken tender meal. He felt that the tenders were good. I am sure that we will return to sample other menu items, including the desserts.“

“The chicken here is some of the best in the city in my opinion very large tenders and potato wedges are always better than fries and it’s also very cheap compared to other options. Golden Chick right up the street charges almost $15 for a six piece. However, this location only charges about $13 and the chicken is much larger. I definitely recommend making this place your go too chicken joint it has a hard to beat price and great quality my only problem is depending on who made it it can be very flavorful with I slightly spicy Cajun kick or it can be a little bland but hey that’s what sauce is for“
