“Fastest Dunkin’ I ever been to the most clean one as well and I was running late to work and taking my kids to school needed them to hurry they did have a long line, but they moved thru it quickly and made sure my kids weren’t late to school was so nice and all employees with smiles on their faces ?“

Only gripe is this particular location won't put cream cheese on the bagel leaving it to a build your own situation. Not the best during a busy commute down del prado.“

I ordered on door dash and I didn’t receive my coffee. So I got a refund on my item and re submitted an order for my coffee and when I received the order. There was a note attached.
Please forgive us for forgetting the most important item. Here’s a refund and some doughnuts.
This was unexpected and thoughtful and I appreciate that there is kind people in the world that do the above and beyond still because it truly made my day. Thank you again.“

We waited awhile for service even though there were 3 employees there.
The coffee was unsweetened and bitter even though it was supposed to be sweet.“
“The staff at this Dunkin' location consistently deliver exceptional service with remarkable attention to detail, accuracy, and a positive attitude. Every visit has been met with courteous and efficient employees who ensure orders are correct and timely.
However, there is a significant oversight: the card payment system does not include an option to tip. The hardworking team here absolutely deserves recognition for their effort, and this limitation prevents customers from expressing their appreciation appropriately.
We hope this issue can be addressed soon to better support the excellent staff.“
“Well here is my take on this particular Dunkin Donut , we are regulars here, sometimes there on point other days are not so good where you either get wrong order or you’re waiting 15 to 20 minutes for a coffee and have to pull into the parking lot, I observed there was 4 to 5 cars of us just waiting for coffee.. We also took notice that when Yvonne is working things seem more organized and she sure can multitask quickly, effectively with a smile and brief conversation, and Guido who is at the drive thru window , no matter how busy he keeps a smile and he is the coffee runner to the lot , but when you ask him what’s going on , he has a big smile , brief , correct response with a “ Have a good Day “ remember your staff is a reflection of the supervisor , so when your young staff is lacking , always resort back to supervisor this reflects on you .. I was a supervisor, train your staff up , including how to have people interactions , skills , paying attention in fast paced work environment, how to work as a team , and make your work place environment a place where you want to come to work ..” Train the Trainer ““
“They remade my coffee for me but initially they’re making iced coffees with granulated sugar. Nobody wants to chew on sugar while drinking their coffee. When I ask for liquid sugar at other locations they say “we always put liquid sugar in cold coffees”. Let’s get all locations on the same page! :) thanks!“
“Always good service with a smile and food was tasty. Coffee was also very good each time I was there. I had to work remotely and this place was great for that. Also some reviewers have mentioned that the place was dirty, I found it pretty clean , and saw them clean tables and the floor every day I was there.“
