“I’ve come to this restaurant twice and ordered the same thing. (I like to make sure what I call order isn't a “hit or miss,” so I want to order it 2-3 times to ensure it's good.)

1st time was my own, and 2nd time was when I recommended it to my friends and family.

I told them, let's get the “Mad fries.” they loved it and wanted to come back… not only that, but it's worth the money. It's a nice big plate you can share with one person, and I'm a big guy. I am satisfied with half, so it's worth the price.

Now, the only reason I rate four stars is because I can't rate 4 1/2. It's a fantastic restaurant with great food, excellent customer service, and affordable pricing. You can taste and feel the authenticity of this place.

But their drinks are a little out of taste. The fountain drinks either lack gas or syrup, have too much syrup, or taste weird. Their drinks, like lemonade and juices, are also lacking in taste. The cups are huge, but we can definitely say size doesn't matter if the soda tastes weird. ?

Overall, it's a great place and worth the try. I hope you guys enjoy it!

Parking: They have a small parking lot next to them going down on south federal Highway, but right next to them is a pizza spot called “John” or “Jim” Pizza. I can't recall the name, but I sometimes park there since service is typically fast.“

“Chick-fil-A has been one of my favourite fast food restaurants since 2006. The chick-n-minis were the first thing I ever tried and I was blown away, it's still my favourite thing they offer. If you ever get the chance to try their breakfast, I suggest trying it. Their chicken nuggets are the best available from any fast food restaurant because it's actually chicken. Waffle fries are exceptionally good. Polynesian sauce? I don't even know what it actually is but it's so damn good. The customer service at Chick-fil-A is the best there is, they're the first fast food restaurant I've ever seen send employees out to the drive-thru line to take orders in advance and if it's a hot day, offer lemonade while you wait (the lemonade is also fantastic as well). The employees are courteous and always upbeat, the interaction is always great. Now being able to order in advance, drive up and park, it makes it even more accessible.“

“Much Improved and now a really great PDQ! Looks like they have new management and the place is much more organized, cleaner and even the food quality is now in line with the best PDQ’s. Staff is friendly and attentive. I’ve had almost everything on the menu and everything is of high quality and very good, especially considering it’s a fast food joint. The Crispy chicken Mediterranean Salad with hummus is really good. Chicken is always fresh and tender. Stay away from the cookies as they are so good, they are ADDICTIVE! Kudos to the new management team and this PDQ location is Highly Recommended!“

“Disclaimer: I am not the audience for ordering food and picking it up from a box without interacting with human beings. I'm not there yet. So although I'd heard of Soulfly, I wasn't particularly interested in visiting. Nevertheless, was celebrating my mom's birthday and the birthday girl wanted to come here after our wine tasting next door.

I'm glad the experience was not as impersonal as I anticipated. Partly because I just didn't feel like sticking to the script but also I couldn't get that doggone pickup situation together. LOL I had so many issues with the code to retrieve my order, it was seriously comical. I did observe others come in, put in the code, get the food and go though.

You do have to order on the kiosk but I was able to ask the manager if I could order it like this or that, which he happily made note of for my particular order. There was a little wait for having ordered onsite - things would have felt quicker had I ordered online from offsite then stopped in to pickup when notified the order was ready. I had the wings and cajun rice. Now what surprised me was that chicken! Ok, Soulfly! Very nicely seasoned, good crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. I was impressed considering my expectations. It reminded me of those good chinese takeout chicken wings. Nice surprise. The cajun rice was just okay for me.

The challenges to me coming back are that the price is just high for what you get. I understand there is a cost for "convenience" so it is what it is. However adding $6.54 to the order when I had to do the work to place it then pick it up is.... I don't and won't mind continuing to do things the old school way to pay a more reasonable price for fried chicken in other nearby neighborhoods. Also, no "convenient" parking. I feel like this spot is more geared towards people strolling on the street or for food delivery drivers who will be on a moped only.

Overall for the chicken and helpfulness of the onsite staff, I give it a 3.5, not just a 3.“

Especially the pulled pork! That was amazing. Except for that, food didn't seem to be high quality but still pretty good. All the veggies were fresh and good. If you are American, sometimes you need this comfort food (we invented fried chicken). They seem to know their business, too, because I ordered through Postmates because I had a deal ($10 off $15 order) and they didn't give me the biggest, juiciest breast. “Food is still the same old school of breaded seared chicken. Best feature? They use real chicken. We found KFC's offers to be too salty. Fries are extremely salty. Chicken is salty as well but gets disguised by the breaded spices mix. The staff is excellent ?. The environment is very cozy and quiet. “This Chick-fil-A location is surprisingly never busy, which is quite unusual for the chain known for its long lines and high demand. However, one thing that stands out is the noticeable division of labor between the employees. Outside, only guys are working in the sun, while inside, almost all the staff are girls, except for one girl who is outside under an umbrella, seemingly more relaxed.

It's hard not to feel sorry for the guys working outside in the intense Miami summer heat. The contrast between their situation and the cooler conditions inside is stark. While the girl outside has some shade, it's still not comparable to the comfort of air conditioning. This imbalance in working conditions is something that definitely needs to be addressed by management.

Improving the rotation of staff between indoor and outdoor duties could make a big difference. Ensuring everyone gets a fair share of time in the more comfortable indoor environment would help alleviate the burden on those braving the heat.
