“I ordered my mixer on the app to see how fast it would take to get my desert. I went up to the front and i waited. Mario immediately asked if i needed help. I told him about my order and he immediately took care of it. These types of employees are keepers- self starters and take care of business. This guy can be a future leader.
Shane i see him hardworking, walking around cleaning, being proactive in ensuring tables are cleaned and ready for guests. He took our tray and even offered a to go box. He definitely was ensuring guests didnt need anything additional.
When you take care of your employees they take care of teh guests.“

“Our family stopped in for some delicious Phoebe’s ice cream this evening. We had a hard time choosing as there are so many amazing flavors, so we each got doubles… Vanilla, orange dream, amaretto chip, dulce de leche, and chocolate brownie did not disappoint. The people and atmosphere are both lovely. We enjoyed sitting for a spell to enjoy our treats. 🐈 🍨 💜“

“I usually don’t write reviews but I believe when someone or someplace deserves one, well… Loved this place from the variety or flavors to the service renders by the staff ( very friendly and professional) I had banana pudding and OMG!!! the texture and taste was amazing I want to thank the owners Louis and Marcelo for helping me with my selection. “The best gluten free food we found in Orlando. They have so many options and everything is delicious. They have savory and sweet, and I honestly couldn’t pick a favorite. Cheesecakes, cupcakes, waffles, a heavenly dish with eggs, bacon, cheese, and a yummy sauce over amazing fries. We were too full to try the gf waffle cones and ice cream!“

“What a delightful place!! Above all, the ice cream was crazy good!! The staff was so helpful and it was a respite from the heat outside. What an interesting way to prepare ice cream! Sweater Weather was ridiculously good!! My wife didn’t just have non dairy sorbet as a choice, she got non-dairy oat milk Chocolate ice cream and added brownies and pecans! Delish!! My Granddaughter warned me it would blow my mind and she was right!“

“I had to get the mini flight with 5 flavors. I was not disappointed. Soy sauce butterscotch? Holy crap, do it. Pineapple cake? To die for. Ube latte? Sweet coffee tastiness. Keso Guava Chzcake? Florida fun in your mouth. And the namesake, Sampaguita? Almond, floral, smooth, exciting and new.“

“A hidden gem in the area! There were many flavors to choose from and all great quality. The servers greeted us warmly and I'd say prices are very fair. Inside are a few spots to sit and enjoy your treat. I'm hoping the styrofoam cups are a part of their transition into getting their own personal logo on their containers. But if it's not, no harm done.“

“I brought my granddaughter to Nan N Pops on Friday and she absolutely loved the Zack’s say cheesecake bubble waffle. She had a hard time trying to decide what to get from all the offerings. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. She enjoyed herself so much that she wants to make Nan N Pops our “Friday Girls Night Out” place to go. I have to admit the ice cream was the best I’ve ever tasted!“

“Went to Ice-Spot Lake Mary tonight for the second time and it was absolutely wonderful!! My family had a great time and the customer service was phenomenal! Everything was delicious, clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience! “What a cute place! My friend took me here because she really wanted to try the soft serve ice cream in the fish waffle. We got the ube swirl. So yummy! I also got a bacon & cheddar fish waffle. The girls working here were super sweet & allowed us to sample the ice cream flavors before buying. Prices are about average, but you can't put a price on the happiness that comes with ice cream. Would definitely come back to try more!“

“Great place with a different approach to Italian ice cream. I ordered the strawberry shortcake and it was so flavorful but not overpowering with sweetness which made it perfect. The attention was fast even when the line was long. It has a sitting area outside and it opens until 10pm on Thursdays. Pretty much a great place to try some sweet and refreshing flavors. 🌸🌸🌸🌸“

“Super good ice cream! I'm an ice cream fiend and this is some of the best ice cream I've had. It was super creamy and delicious. I got the turtle ice cream sundae in a waffle bowl and my friend got just the normal vanilla ice cream in a waffle bowl. Both were delicious and relatively cheap. $3 for an ice cream cone this good is a steal! Definitely recommend!“

“Waited for about 25 minutes, as evening line was around 20 people . Two people behind the ice cream counter worked tirelessly and efficiently to serve patrons as soon as possible. One staff member also added a bit of theatrics with creating and putting the ice cream in its cup. Very talented! My son had lemon ? cake, strawberries ? mixed with French vanilla ice cream. I had rainbow sprinkles and sweet cream ice cream, my daughter had strawberries with strawberry ice cream. All amazing, all delicious. Cashier was also pleasant, with a warm smile. Definitely recommend, was around $23. Not cheap, but in pricey Citywalk, it was worth it✔️“

“Amazing cookies! I initially discovered Crumbl when my team at work sent them for my birthday last year. They were huge and delicious! This year I got them for my boyfriend’s birthday and he was so pleased! We got the French toast cookie which might was amazing! Tasted like a crumble cake but even better! The cookie dough cookie was one of their cold options and tasted just as it sounded! The chocolate peanut butter brownie I’ve been hoping they would have for awhile! Anything chocolate/peanut butter if my jam and it did not disappoint! The last one was the cookies & cream and was great as well. You cannot go wrong with any of their selections! Yum 😋“
