“Amazing dining experience! Hotel restaurants can be hit or miss. However this one was not only a hit- but knocked it out of the park! Our server Sophia made sure we had exactly what we needed . The manager Francisco made sure everything went flawless.. even other servers that weren’t ours like gastavo, stopped by to crack jokes and help make our experience amazing . “I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay before flying out. I stay at this hotel every time I go down to Orlando and it is very convenient to book for your next day flight. The restaurants are great. The staff is amazing. The balcony view is unmatched. It is a little more expensive to stay here compared to your average hotel, but you won’t regret picking this Hotel over every other one out there. Spend the cash and stay here. It’s worth it.“

“Tune-In is the drinks-only lounge associated with the 50's Prime Time Cafe and is cute as a button. The staff are amazing. I've been a number of times through the years and this laid-back spot is a must do for a break in the middle of a day at Hollywood. Alena ( blonde bartender) is awesome and remembers you if you are a repeat customer!“

“Recently returned from a 5 night stay and it was great. We stayed in Ranchos and had an adjoining room with another family that we were traveling with. Yes, the grounds are huge and we did get a little confused finding our room in the dark that first night, but once we found it, we had no complaints. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had a ton of storage space. I appreciated all the outlets in the room as well. There are 4 (I think) bus stops around the property and we were very close to one of them. The transportation to the parks could not have been any easier! We ate at El Mercado several times and at Rix once and thought the food was pretty good. The Dig Site pool was awesome and we also enjoyed the Ranchos pool right across from our building. All of the grounds were beautiful, I only wish we'd gotten the chance to explore and enjoy them a bit more!“

“The four of us went there and it definitely had a thanksgiving feel. There was a lot of variety and the free drinks were a plus. Our server was very attentive in both clearing any dirty plates very quickly and bringing drinks very quickly when needed. Overall a very nice experience and a holiday feel“

“This place was absolutely amazing. Excellent food, quality and service. Go to bar first for $5 happy hour margaritas. The same margarita at table side is $12. We went 45 minutes early, had drinks and appetizer at bar. Definitely recommend the table side guacamole they make at your table. Will definitely go again.“
