“We really wasn't expecting much but we were hungry and our boy was playing in the water feature next door, so for convenience we just sat at an outdoor table and put the 2 together! Well sometimes coincidences make amazing things happen! This was genuinely the best sandwich I've ever had!!! All 3 of us thought our food was delicious. There are plenty of tables inside and out and there was no queue when I went to order, they give you a pager and call you When your food is ready which was around 5 mins, it was all prepared fresh so no soggy bread or limp lettuce! Good job Earl!“

“Everyone was so nice and helpful. 1st time at Chick Salad Chick and will definitely be back. Loved that I could sample a few options before buying one. They do come with a pickle spear so beware just in case you dislike them ( like me) everything my group ordered was fresh and well liked. They liked the watermelon tea and the surprise cookie with the sandwiches“

“I'm obsessed for the bread alone I was hooked, have you seen their eco responsible to-go packaging?! Plus it has the coke machine that allows me to get plain soda water + a dash of Dr. pepper. The color scheme works well with DisneyWorld. It's giving lots of classic Mickey Mouse. And the service has been consistently excellent.“

“This was a good place for a light dinner. It had lots of places to sit, and it was bright and open. It was comfortable. The menu was above the cashier, large and easy to read. I had the chicken Caesar wrap with potato salad, and Husband had the New Yorker - corned beef and pastrami with chips. The cashier & service was friendly and efficient. The food was good, and the prices were comparable to other fast food delis. We liked it!“

I came in (JM) to get my sub prior to my chiropractor’s appointment and honesty a little sore and to have exceptional customer service to meet you as you enter was impeccable! “It was pretty busy when we were in on a Saturday night, but the ONE employee working (I think his name was Josh) handled it like a champ. But one person working on a Saturday? Are you kidding? SHAME on the manager of this place for scheduling one employee to work a weekend evening shift. You should know better.Food was good, it’s Subway, it’s consistent.“

“We love Firehouse subs but our experience at this location was just subpar. We ordered large subs but only got medium subs. We checked our receipt and was charged for medium so we were like ok fine. We love their cookies that we waited until later to eat and they were really hard and seemed like a few days old. We never had a problem at any other locations and the cookies are always super fresh. We paid over $11 for 6 and was disappointed. I’m not sure if we will return to this location.“

“I had a gift card and ordered a chicken sub but one of the sub makers had an attitude. She told me not to snatch because that is not nice like she is my mother. I’m telling the company because I do not want to argue with her every time I go to get a sub. If she ever contacted me about this or any of her parents or husband I’ll call the police. I don’t want to fee harassed. I just want a sub. She is unprofessional trying to keep an argument up with a customer. Please don’t speak to me again is all I have to say. The cashier was nice though.“

“I rarely post. The staff was polite and made it a quick experience. Mostly, the property, including restroom, was particularly clean and sanitized. I appreciated their attention to detail and would make it a point to stop here again when in the area.“
