“My husband found this little gem and we went for brunch on our first day in Coral Gables. We struck gold! Not only was our server, Monica, a treat but so was the food. We went with two of her recommendations. The il piu italiano avo toast and mega mushroom omelette…so good!! I went back the next morning because I really wanted to try the don’t be a (lemon) tart French toast…another hit. And my server, Rashad, was another gem! I enjoyed the food, atmosphere and workers at Threefold, and would highly recommend you check this place out.“

The staff was attentive, the spread was great, and the price point was fair and filling. My only feedback? It would be great to have fountain sodas—a few of us were definitely craving those Coke Zero refills to keep the pages turning. Also worth noting: they host live music, which is a nice touch, though it can get a bit loud depending on where you’re seated.“

“Really fresh! I got the breakfast bowl which was so good and has thick cut pieces of bacon and fresh but ripe avocado! It’s my go to. My ice chai and matcha were both really good as well. And the chocolate nut cookie was freshly baked. The atmosphere was perfect for working with a couple available outlets. Andrea was a great and friendly server!“

The service provided was very good, and I felt that they responded to my questions very well. Nothing wrong in those areas. I also ordered a sandwich which was very good! Ample seating there was. I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly welcome from the owner. The menu had a great selection of simple yet delicious breakfast options and fresh baked goods. I had the Morning Meditation juice and the Western omelette—both were reasonably priced and perfectly portioned. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. It was the perfect way to start the morning!“
