“I found the Pork O’ Rican food truck at the Coral Springs Oktoberfest fest. My family is Puerto Rican, so I had to try some of their food. Their empanadas and bacalaitos were just like what I would have when my grandmother would come to visit! She is known for her cooking and their food was phenomenal! I can’t wait to find them at another event to try more.“

“We ordered our Passover dinner from Adam and joes. They are so amazing. the food was all delicious. The brisket, chicken, soup, carrot soufflé etc were all great. They included everything we needed for the Seder including wine, a box of matzoh and all the fixings for the Seder plate. They even surprised us with an apple cake. They delivered the food on Friday afternoon and shortly after I got a call asking how many people I was having at my Seder because they didn’t think I’d have enough matzoh balls. A little while later someone knocked on the door to deliver more soup and matzoh balls. Who does that??? Adam and joes does. Thank you for making Passover so easy and delicious.“

“I saw the reviews and wanted to try it, I thought I was going to a Mexican restaurant. It's a food truck in a gas station parking lot. But don't let that fool you. It was amazing. I ordered the breakfast burrito with chorizo, egg, avocado slices, refried beans and cheese. It was perfect. I'm looking forward to trying the other menu items. If you're looking for authentic Mexican food, don't pass this place up!“

“Douglas K Catering did my wedding in March 2024. Food for 65 people. We did a buffet of about 6 small plate items, and 1 one main dish, all in chafing dishes. It was delicious and more affordable than any other caterer I found. The staff was great, both in ordering everything, and in delivering to the event venue and staffing it with 2 very professional servers. We were so happy with everything they did! And the chicken and waffles dish was the Best!!“

He arrived right on time and spent over 9 hours with us, cooking everything from brunch to snacks throughout the day, and finishing with one of the most amazing dinners and desserts we’ve ever had.

From the start, Chef Phil was a dream to work with - he helped plan a customized menu, was super attentive to all dietary restrictions and allergies, and made sure everything ran smoothly. “Let me start by saying, I should've written this back in December 2024. But I'm there every week - so much to say. 1) If you want a traditional butcher, who knows how to clean, cut and recommend meat, then save your peace of mind and money. Ditch the rest and go the Doris. 2) I'm from Europe and gave up on finding a good butcher.....then I found Doris. I needed a lamb shoulder for Christmas. They cut, trimmed and gave me the best lamb roast I've ever had the luck to find. But it wasn't luck. They'll even tell you how to cook it. I went back got whole, leg and thing, split chicken breasts. Then I graduated to the freshly made Italian sausages, clams, and other sundry items. I genuinely enjoy shopping there. Yes, the queues for meat can be long. But that's only because those who know, go to Doris and the staff are very nice, professional and knowledgeable. For value, quality, exceptional customer service and a restaurant quality finish to all your meals, I cant find another store than bests them. I've stopped buying supermarket meat fish, baked goods and fruit/veg. For what I pay in publix and the rest of them, the quality just isn't there. Eat clean, eat healthy - go to Doris and stay out of the Dr's office. 10/10“

“The chicken marsala pizza is amazing. A sauce that is just the right consistency, and a flavor straight from Italy. I opted for the gluten free crust, which I was happy to discover was a cauliflower crust. many places.use the udi's GF crust, which is ok, but not great. The crust they use here was lovely. I would definitely get the chicken marsala pizza again, but they have so many different and unique options I would have to try others first. I also had their pasta fagioli, which was the best I've had in a very long time. The flavor was complex and delicious. a hidden treat for those that are gluten free, the soup is made in houe and the pasta is not added until it is time to serve. ordering without pasta, it is gluten free. The owners happened to be there when we stopped in. They were super friendly and very helpful in addressing my dietary restrictions. The quality of ingredients really shows in their food.i highly recommend trying this restaurant.“
