“Best BBQ in Miami, hands down for me. NOTE: expect to wait for a while to be seated, so sit cozy in your car. This place gets super packed. Got there at 4:45pm, I had to wait 45 min on a Thursday afternoon, I had came before (last week) and I had to leave last time because the expected wait time was way too long. I was lucky enough to get a spot today. But boy, let me tell you it was worth the wait! My def favorite and it lives up to the hype is their brisket (not pictured), and ribs. And their skull cornbread is delicious, oh and get their smoked wings, it’s coffee rubbed it’s great and unique. I’ll def be back for more.Parking: The parking lot is small.“

“I've never heard anyone call this place the Mustard Seed before If you're from around there we call it Jap's. I grew up eating these ribs and will never eat another, because the food is THAT GOOD. I knew whose ribs these were before I even clicked on the tab, I've been that many times. The service takes a while because the line is down the road, cause that's how good it is. You know it's a wait but the wait is worth it, and anyone in that line will say the same thing. You can pick up a whole meal and dessert from this stand and it's been a staple for years. Keith Lee needs to find this man (and their mustard sauce is the BOMB, shout out to Jap and everyone round there especially the cake lady )“

“If you want to eat excellent meat this is the right place, I have already been there three times and it has never disappointed me. The environment is informal but very nice. Only two things I would improve in my opinion, the tone of the music is very high, and I would use better dishes and cutlery, at least the knife for cutting meat would be more useful if it were true instead of the plastic one. Well done, keep it up, you're fantastic!!“
“If I could give 6 stars I would!! We found this wonderful Food Truck on google, while traveling through Southern Florida. Everything about this meal was wonderful....starting with the warm greetings we received from the business owner. My husband and I both ordered the flank steak special, served with Chimichurri sauce, Congri' (black beans and rice) and fries (perfectly crisp!). Such a delicious meal! Perfectly prepared with fresh ingredients. While we were enjoying our meal, the owner surprised us with a special appetizer...basically ceviche in a plantain tart cup (see photo). So creative to make the cups from fried plantains. A very special treat, that I encourage you to order! They have beautiful covered seating and outdoor patio seating. TVs keep you current on the latest games. Lively Cuban music plays in the background. They are in the process of securing an alcohol permit...until then, you may bring your own. I strongly recommend this fabulous dining experience!!“
“Best food & Stellar Customer Service Harvey's BBQ kitchen 13920 SW 139th CT Miami FL 33186 We drove 4 hours to Homestead Florida for a family reunion on Sunday July 3, 2022. I was tasked to find a local caterer not knowing the area I just checked reviews on the web 2 days prior. The best decision I ever made was choosing Harvey's barbecue kitchen. The manager Natalie Alexander replied promptly to my request for this large last-minute catering for 54 people. Professional and courteous, she guided me through the application process in a way that made me feel comfortable. I had one hiccup with the delivery location, which, let me tell you was not even an issue because the delivery person "Carla" went above and beyond to make sure that I had our order on time and still hot. She even let me HAVE THE THERMAL delivery bag to keep my food exceptionally hot while we journeyed the additional 1 hour to the venue. Carla was amazing and so kind. She provided last minute instructions for the food and was gone. My family's response "Best food ever". This was real chicken like your mama made on the barbecue in the backyard. Soooo .. good ! The chicken was succulent, the sauce was flavorful, the coleslaw was light and refreshing. Do yourself a favor! Don't hesitate to call Harvey's BBQ kitchen for your catering, if you are ever in the Miami or Homestead Florida area. We enjoyed every single bite. It was truly delicious. What made the meal taste even better was their exceptional team. The seamless process and excellent customer service provided by this team made my family reunion less stressful and more enjoyable.
