“What was already a pricey buffet went up $5 per person recently. As buffets go, I'd rate it as fair. As far as hot food (in chafing dishes) there's usually 2 or 3 choices. A fried or baked fish (the lightly fried cod was outstanding this evening) meatballs in red sauce and one other Italian dish (like chicken parmagiana which is usually not great), a variety of potato, nice blend of roasted veggies. There's a nice fresh shellish area with shrimp, mussels and clams. A "salad type" station with potato salad and 2 or three other items. The stir fry station rotated out. One of my fav's. Excellent fall off the bone ribs, chorizo and roasted veggies at the hot food serving area. Desserts are mediocre and the 3 basic ice cream flavors. Service usually attentive and friendly, but then again, it is a buffet.“
“The food was good, the disturbing detail occurred when the waiter collected the payment and observed that we had left 30 dollars as a tip which he expected 50 coming back to question us if we were sure and we said that if the bill was 288 dollars for two people plus the tip if they suggest the special of the day I asked the price because the lobster dump, which was two pieces of lobster, charged us 74 pesos, so be careful with what they suggest and the prices because here 2 people can do well Expensive, the waiter was Frede T. After reading several comments, they offer you special cars so that your tip is higher, be careful, look at the menu or ask the price of the special, which in the end has nothing special“
“I've been here several times, and I want to do a review because I think 7Tables is the best place for Peruvian food in the US, and really the place where you can eat the most delicious food in Hollywood.The chaufa rice is just as it is made in Peru, and the grilled octopus is incredible. They had a 4.9 at the time, and that was underrated. The flavors were sharp, crisp, juicy, and experimental as well as traditional. The seafood was fresh and cooked to perfection. Had Key lime pie for dessert and that completed a great dinner. We dined outside street side on a perfect weather evening. I was interested in the pre fixe menu but my guest said it was too much food. I was told that the only way the offered pre fixe was by the table and all had to order so I went back to the menu. Ordered the same items as the pre fixe but now a higher price. Chiccarron appetizer was good but some pieces were fried too hard and near impossible to chew. Great flavor and dipping sauce though. The Lechon Asado was my main entree and it was good. Portion size was tasty but small but rice and beans filled up the plate. The Spanish Flan for dessert stole the show. Best I have ever had. Our host was great and our server excellent and attentive.
