“Decided to try out Jerk Guy Ian after reading some reviews. The reviews were not lying when they said the best jerk chicken in south Florida! I got the jerk chicken plate spicy and the flavor was on point! It has a nice kick but it’s not overwhelmingly spicy. Next time I would probably ask for extra sauce on the chicken because it was so delicious and packed with flavor!! I will for sure be coming back! Thank you Ian for the great food and service!“

“The bbq is very good, and the atmosphere is first responders and military- public service.
You place your order, then choose a place to sit. They yell out your name when it is ready, and you pick it up on a tray. I like the pulled pork sandwich, my husband's favorite is the moist brisket. They have good sides, like green beans with bacon, fries, corn bread, mac and cheese.
They have 4 sauces to choose from.
2 we like, 2 not so much. The meats are very good even without a sauce.
A little pricey, but worth it!

“Yall I could CRY. NC bbq in SFLA forreal. We moved back here from ENC 3 years ago and just found Dixie pig today. Yall don't understand, I was on the verge of having some Parker's bbq shipped to me. I'm writing this as I shovel a spoonful of Brunswick stew into my mouth with tears of joy streaming down my face. My husband turns to me and says "I want to live with these people." “Staying at a close hotel and looking for something good and that delivered. Found Li'l Reds. Super glad we did. Food was great and portions just right. Had the ribs/chicken combo with beans and rice and fries. It is not often that I dont put sauce on my ribs, I didn't tonight!! Ribs were top notch, wish I had more!! “Stopped in for lunch today and had the pleasure of being in the restaurant during the playing of the National Anthem. The restaurant stopped in its tracks and everyone stood and honored the flag as it was being shown in all of the tvs. Many of the customers joined signing and as soon as it was over it was back to business as usual. “I have had some BBQ in my day and nothing, and I mean nothing, approaches the taste and texture of Wholly Smoke BBQ.

I catered a lunch for my office staff and colleagues of 16 people, and dealing with the owner Phara was such a pleasure. Planning the event was simple and easy. I told Phara what I wanted - sliced brisket, pulled pork, and St. Louis ribs - Phara suggested the sides to go along with the entrees and voila it was done.

In sum, the food was beyond delicious, the staff punctual, reliable, and courteous in making the delivery to my office, and what really blew my mind, the price was incredibly affordable, which I was able to pay online. The best deal on four wheels.

Wholly Smoke, however, is not a food truck. Phara has a restaurant where you can sit down and enjoy a meal or takeout for eating at home or with friends. For these reasons I give Phara and Wholly Smoke five stars“

The atmosphere is charming and cozy, the time stopped several years ago
The wedge salad is one of the best I’ve ever tried, ordered the brisket plate and with this can eat 2 persons for $30 bucks
The server was a little bit upset but then a very kind gentleman explained to me that they just closed the kitchen and also the restaurant was already closed but I can stay there and enjoy my food (that was amazing)
I was a little bit ashamed because of that, otherwise knowing that were about to close I would never walked in
BTW I went for the ribs and were sold out, so I’ll be back to give a try soon (and in regular hours)“

“Meats are pretty good but the sides are trash. Rice and peas tastes old and dry, rice is hard. Mac n cheese LOOKS like it's going to taste fantastic but then has no flavor. Super underwhelming. Pork n beans is mediocre and so is the potato salad. Cornbread is really good, it has small pieces of apples in it. If I come back I'd just order the meats (brisket, baby back ribs, pulled pork) maybe some corn bread and then I'd make my own sides at home.“

“Our family has been looking for a new bbq place, and we found it! Large menu, good prices, hot and fresh food. I'm allergic to pineapple, and most bbq sauce has pineapple in it. I ordered a full slab of ribs, sauce on the side. I was pleasantly surprised that even with no sauce the ribs were fall off the bone tender and delicious. “Y'all. I would say about 80% of the times we go to the Food Truck Festival at Pembroke Lakes Mall on Thursdays, it is to get food from Coop's Spot Food Truck! The wings and ribs are sooo good (the sides are really good too). We have yet to find a really worthy BBQ spot in Pembroke Pines, but Coops does it for us in the meantime! I think it's the smoke, and the Sweet & Spicy sauce. ;)I will say, it used to take FOREVER to get your food from them though (one time I waited over 45min!). But it appears they are organizing themselves much better now, and they started giving us a time estimate (now it's usually 15min). And it's worth it. :)“

“Excellent Chinese restaurant in Broward/Fort Lauderdale. Food is authentic , great flavors, they have American popular Chinese dishes and also Chinese dishes. I enjoy the Cantonese steak, eggplant dishes, pan fried noodles, bbq duck and pork , fried rice.
