“The bbq is very good, and the atmosphere is first responders and military- public service.
You place your order, then choose a place to sit. They yell out your name when it is ready, and you pick it up on a tray. I like the pulled pork sandwich, my husband's favorite is the moist brisket. They have good sides, like green beans with bacon, fries, corn bread, mac and cheese.
They have 4 sauces to choose from.
2 we like, 2 not so much. The meats are very good even without a sauce.
A little pricey, but worth it!

“Decided to try out Jerk Guy Ian after reading some reviews. The reviews were not lying when they said the best jerk chicken in south Florida! I got the jerk chicken plate spicy and the flavor was on point! It has a nice kick but it’s not overwhelmingly spicy. Next time I would probably ask for extra sauce on the chicken because it was so delicious and packed with flavor!! I will for sure be coming back! Thank you Ian for the great food and service!“

“Stopped in for lunch today and had the pleasure of being in the restaurant during the playing of the National Anthem. The restaurant stopped in its tracks and everyone stood and honored the flag as it was being shown in all of the tvs. Many of the customers joined signing and as soon as it was over it was back to business as usual. The atmosphere is charming and cozy, the time stopped several years ago
The wedge salad is one of the best I’ve ever tried, ordered the brisket plate and with this can eat 2 persons for $30 bucks
The server was a little bit upset but then a very kind gentleman explained to me that they just closed the kitchen and also the restaurant was already closed but I can stay there and enjoy my food (that was amazing)
I was a little bit ashamed because of that, otherwise knowing that were about to close I would never walked in
BTW I went for the ribs and were sold out, so I’ll be back to give a try soon (and in regular hours)“

We’ve always enjoyed Lickie Stickie BBQ at the farmers markets, but they were never our go-to BBQ spot, as they didn’t have a store front. But that’s about to change, as they have a store front. Lickie Stickie BBQ will be the only BBQ spot we dine at. We dined at their location off 44th Street today and it was the best experience we’ve had. We ordered a smorgasbord of things: brisket, jerk pork, smoked pastrami, kids hot dog, kids grilled cheese, macaroni and cheese, fries, coleslaw, fried corn bread and lemonade. Everything was delicious! The service was exceptional. The entire staff went above and beyond for us, especially for our three young children. Thank you for the wonderful service and delicious food! “Y'all. I would say about 80% of the times we go to the Food Truck Festival at Pembroke Lakes Mall on Thursdays, it is to get food from Coop's Spot Food Truck! The wings and ribs are sooo good (the sides are really good too). We have yet to find a really worthy BBQ spot in Pembroke Pines, but Coops does it for us in the meantime! I think it's the smoke, and the Sweet & Spicy sauce. ;)I will say, it used to take FOREVER to get your food from them though (one time I waited over 45min!). But it appears they are organizing themselves much better now, and they started giving us a time estimate (now it's usually 15min). And it's worth it. :)“

“I had been looking for a good bbq place and this one did not disappoint. I ordered the half pound of brisket, 1 full rack of baby back ribs, small Mac and cheese, 2 cornbreads and medium size pork beans. I ordered for 2 people and there was half a rack left over and most of the beans. In the future I would order only half of rack of baby Backs and small beans but now I have food for tomorrow. Again, I was not too happy I spent 78 dollars on the food but once I tried the food it was worth every penny. I can’t wait to go back. This will be my new spot and I would recommend to my friends/ family. 9.5/10 because I wish they had a spicy bbq sauce.“

“Excellent Chinese restaurant in Broward/Fort Lauderdale. Food is authentic , great flavors, they have American popular Chinese dishes and also Chinese dishes. I enjoy the Cantonese steak, eggplant dishes, pan fried noodles, bbq duck and pork , fried rice.

Seemed like they were trying to rush us out of our seats so they could refill them. Appetizer should come before any part of the meal. That's what the word means. So cancelled the appetizer.
