“The drive thru was mad fast. My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed the prompt, cordial, and luxurious drive through ordering experience. My fi-fi had two meal cards thanks to her students’ parents so thank you to them for our excellent meal. Everything was perfectly cooked and the fries were on-point! “I stopped by Chicken Guy inside Walmart, and it’s definitely a great addition. The hot fries were delicious and cooked just right crispy with seasoning. I also had a chicken sandwich that was tasty and satisfying, and the (apple jack) milkshake was really filling and hit the spot. The service was okay and the food was fried to order. Overall, it’s nice having a spot like this inside Walmart for a quick bite.“

“I always come here when I want popeyes and my food is always good. But today was a special day my mom just came home from the hospital and wanted popeyes so I door dashed it for here but I wasn't paying attention when I submitted my order. I call the store and Ms. Angela answered I asked her to make the changs and she did, it MADE MY MOMS DAY she really looed forward to her meal and she said it was perfect...so mam whoever you are that really made my mom order correct I deeply appreciate it. Give Angela that raise or a bonus she cares and needs to know she is appreciated.“

“I've been to other Pollo tropical locations many times, and this time it was much better. The chicken was really tasty, I guess they actually marinated it for a day. Also service was way better, friendlier staff. Even the manager (I assume) was going table by table asking how everything was, which is unheard of for this type of restaurant. I like pollo tropical in general, but this was by far my best experience with them. The place was also clean and organized.“
